Teresita and Martin were very helpful in such a busy location. Being greeted with a nice smile while on a long drive goes a long way. Though there were a lot of customers I never got the feeling they were too busy to take care of me. My complicated order was correct on the first try. I appreciated that a lot. Thank you!

I am a truck driver and travel all over, so naturally I go to Starbucks all over and am a regular and loyal customer. I always order the same thing and get back in my truck happy to deliver goods. But not this time! Laura made my coffee so hot that I burnt my tongue, upper lip, and upper gum line. I’m use to Starbucks having hot coffee… But this was so hot it made it not taste right. Like burnt milk. I took the lid off, and stirred and stirred while sitting inside. I did one of my Italian classes while taking a break from the road, and when I went to have a sip again 12 minutes later, it was still scorching. I thought maybe I’m a wimp to heat, so I had my driving partner try it who also burnt his mouth. He played a 15 minute speed chess game and I more Italian, and TRIED to drink it yet a 3rd time and was burnt. When I took it back to the counter to explain I haven’t been able to take a sip on almost half an hour, the girl(Laura) remade it, but not happily. She remade my venting drink and when I went to say«thank you so much. I really appreciate it,» she cut me off. Did NOT let me thank her nor finish my sentence. And she smacked her lips in attitude. Shi**y customer service. If it was her drink she would want it redone. It’s nothing personal I just want to be able to drink my coffee. All the other Starbucks I can. Well I’m sitting here writing this review, because even my remade drink is the same temperature as the first and I’m waiting for it to be drinkable. Zero cares she has. Poor customer service skills. I’m posting this on the drive thru site as well so there can be warned!

Very rude customer service. I noticed five people that ordered after me got their drinks before I, I didn’t mind waiting, when I asked the lady making the coffees if she knew how much longer I had to wait she rolled her eyes and said«I don’t know» and just ignored me and my concern.

They got my order wrong and then when I asked what was in it Laura had MAJOR attitude and just said«I dunno, I didn’t make your drink» in stead of asking or getting the person that did. She was the only one with the major attitude issues, everyone else, especially the supervisor, was super nice, professional and worked at getting the situation fixed.

Don’t do it. I can understand that this location gets busy, especially on a travel day, but what is unfathomable is the lack of preparedness and quality. The only mistake I made on my last trip was to skip a sit-down breakfast and decide to grab a sandwich and coffee here under the assumption it would be faster. The entire wait was an hour. It wasn’t just the wait, it was the botched /missed /forgotten orders. Some drinks were just forgotten, and if you had ordered a sandwich that was an extra 20 minute wait. By the way after the infuriating wait(joined by the motley crew of angry customers) They gave me a bag of sandwiches that was missing one!. Another five minute wait to get me my other sandwich. The topper was that one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. I asked one of the staff members about the horrendous wait and they said it happens all the time. So 1 star because they don’t make the necessary adjustments on busy days. Try the New Starbucks on the other side of the Freeway.

Awful. Waited 30 mins for a latte they got completely wrong. It was a three shot, two vanilla pump latte and what I got was a weak, over sweetened drink. Ugh so upset I wasted my time and money. I didn’t get to try it until I was already on the road and couldn’t easily go back.

Currently waiting in the Drive thru from out of town. First Starbucks I’ve ever waited this long just for one Coffee. I Wish I could give a zero star. They seriously need to hire faster workers and workers that can actually get my order correct the first time. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. Also, lady complained that she couldn’t reach the money I was handing! Wtf?

Avoid the drive thru. We lost 20 mins of our travel time stopping at this Starbucks. There were only two cars ahead of us!

Really slow service– 25 minutes for an iced tea, ice blended coffee, bagel, and Danish. The people were nice and accommodating but it should not have taken even half that time for what we got.

So this was our first visit to this particular Starbucks. The drive thru wasn’t too busy, only 4 cars in line. The pace was pretty quick and they seemed to be pretty organized. The barista that greeted and helped us was friendly. I would recommend this location as a alternative to their other store on the west side of I-5. Good experience.

I understand it’s at a prime spot, people traveling and NEED their coffee so you wait, I waited 25 mins. My biggest pet peeve is when I get handed my drink with caramel running down the side or its leaking everywhere, the girl handed me my drink and that happened all over me and my car so I tell her to take it back and clean it she said«she can’t take anything back through the window» then proceeded to hand me TWO napkins and said ok thanks! First off be more respectful and second give me more damn napkins! To top it off both our drinks tasted AWFUL no flavor, watered down and gross. Waste of time and money. Note to self: there are a million Starbucks DONT go here!!!

Ridiculous! Paid for two sausage and cheddar sandwiches and there was nothing but egg in both. Not worth turning around but not a happy customer either. Great way to add to profits.

I always have great experiences at this location, as a local I go there weekly, but today was AMAZING! I ordered my regular trenta green iced tea no sweetner & a venti ice water and when I got to the window my drinks were waiting for me with straws and napkins in hand. So fast & so friendly!

VERYSLOWDRIVE-THRU. I agree with some of the previous posts about the wait time in the drive-thru. We waited 30 minutes for two caramel fraps. For a hot summer day, it was kind of worth the wait for our drinks, but they have to somehow find a way to get this place running fast and smooth. This is a great place for people on a long road trip to stop by and grab a drink. Come on Starbucks. You’re better than that.

30 minutes for a frap and they’re not busy. Never again stopping here on an I-5 trip. Get your act together Starbucks. You’re the worst drive thru out of over 50 I’ve visited. It’s that serious.

What a horrible disastrous Starbucks! Unbelievable treatment and service to its customers. It shouldn’t take 35 minutes to get 2 Fraps! The staff obviously favors its drive thru customers because I personally witnessed my cup being moved to make a drive thru customers drink multiple times. The worst part was my cup wasn’t the only one moved. The garbage was overflowing, the counter top was wet, and there was a line of people waiting for their drinks. I should have known better than to get my drink here when we didn’t move in the line for some time, but we did anyway. I’m appalled and I will never go to this starbucks again. If I could give this place no stars I would!

There are rules to Starbucks Rewards program. The bigger customer you are the better you know them. We stopped here yesterday and had a little snafu. I’ll add details later. This is highly paraphrased and I’ll let my companion tell that story if he sees fit. Us: Can we have that & that, please? Barista(new guy whose name I do recall but am debating whether to disclose — let’s call him A) A: Sure * proceeds to ring up items* Us: *chitter chatter about drive* Barista A: We are out of your product. *Debate over order and partial acquiescence. Passionately recommends a substitute product, the smore. Engages manager for refund * Us: Ok. Thanks, goodbye. *return across the street to the other Starbucks. Hop in the car & later try smore* Us: Ew, this is nappy! *sunset* *sunrise* *next Starbucks* Me: Ok, I’ll try the smore. Local Barista: Would you like that heated? Me: Yes, please *munch* OMG this is awesome! Why wasn’t this offered on the Grapevine? Heat is the catalyst from nappy to tight? Sure, conceptually smores should be hot but this isn’t the canon definition of smore. The texture really is the hero with this item. Unless it is warm the texture fails to impress and is very much ‘does not rock’. If this item were in the Lego Movie at room temperature the protagonist would have ceased to sing«Everything is Awesome» thus derailing the flick. *Please be advised we are not normally chocolate lovers but usually are adventurous eaters. This was not a culinary adventure but it explains why we would eat chocolate when we know we don’t generally like it* Barista A, why didn’t you offer this option? It is a quick and easy way to ameliorate a situation.(I’ve had other people use similar tactics — hey try it this way or may O offer you … with great success). True, you said you were a new employee but I bet you’ve beeen a customer for awhile. Barista A’s Manager, why didn’t you offer that after having to have been engaged? True, you likely deal with road weary travelers you’ll never see again, but I bet you knew that would help. It was not busy. We were the only people being helped inside(I cannot attest to the drive through). Seriously, these things could cause world peace when warm! I suspect room temperature smores could exacerbate a zombie apocalypse already in progress(you know, if they were not fictional occurences). Fellow Unilocalers, only eat warm Starbucks S’mores! I beseech thee! Man, I got emotional over a warm snack.

This Starbucks was unusually difficult to drive to because of the bizarre road layout and conflicting signage. The store seemed nice, but the ladies’ room was out of toilet paper and one of the stalls was in desperate need of cleaning. Next time we’ll go to the one on the other side of the freeway.
