I lived here. The apartment was fine, fairly new, no real issues and I never had any problems with it.
The staff is completely unorganized. They do things like set up appointments to sign your lease, you show up and it’s not ready and they forgot you had an appointment… wait who are you again?
The other tenants: This is mean but they were the real drawback. Between the crazy parties on Monday nights, divorcee powwows by the pool, and crazy people in the gym that want to demonstrate how to run on a treadmill because you are doing it wrong… were actually the worst part of living there.
