I contacted Kelly Real Estate a few months back about being my property manager for a rental property in the DC area. I spoke with Will, and was extremely impressed with his knowledge. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually put together a contract and close the deal, Will was no where to be found and never followed up on what he committed to doing. I took that as a sense of what might happen after the contract and basically just stopped calling. To this day, have never received a follow up. We went in a different direction and pleased that we did so.
