I am very happy with this practice. I had been with my last dentist for thirty years. I changed dentist because my insurance changed. Dr. Bachour is very personable and very professional. Her office is so convenient to get to and the office is amazing. Everyone there is pleasant and they go to great lengths to explain what they are doing. I was hesitant to change dentist but am even happier with Dr. Bachour than my dentist of thirty years.

Dr. Bachour and her team at Loudoun Smile Center are phenomenal!!! I moved here from California and was looking for a dentist close to my new home here. I am very pleased with Dr. Bachour’s expertise, professionalism, and great attention to detail. She greets everyone with her radiant smile and her warm personality. Dr. Bachour genuinely cares for each of her patients and her staff. Dr. Bachour and Hannah do a wonderful job at orchestrating smooth procedures. The lovely front desk staff Melissa and Dora are amazing and always make me feel welcome and comfortable at the office. Loudoun Smile Center is THE BEST on the NOVA area. Great dental office. From scheduling to checking in to the treatment — the entire process was seamless. The dentists there seem to have great chair side manners. My dentist was super gentle. She kept me in the loop of everything she was doing. Great personality. The best dental office I’ve been to.

The staff as well as Dr. Bachour are very friendly and gentle! I had great care! They even gave me a ball to squeeze when I’m nervous, and it’s mine to keep now. Very professional, explaining my care prior to procedure as well as after the procedure.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Bachour for work that was overdue on a missing filling. It turned out I needed a root canal and the Dentist and staff were so accommodating, I never felt more relieved than to actually have a root canal done. The moment Dr. Bachour went to work on my tooth, I knew I was in good hands and I actually left happier than when I went in. I’ve had experiences in the past that have traumatized me and it was such a relief to have that fear taken away. That says a lot.
Now, despite relocating and a crop of other distractions coming up, I plan on continuing my dental visits with Loudoun Smile Center.

I’ve been very happy with Loudoun Smile Center after switching to them recently. The staff and doctors are very nice and spend the time to listen to you and make sure you are treated well.
A few other things I like:
Great location, appointments can be confirmed via email, they have water bottles stocked for patients, TVs available in each patient chair (better than staring at the ceiling).

Dr Bachour was so friendly and explained everything! The assistant Hannah was smart, answered all my questions, caring and took such great care of all of my needs. The receptionist explained my bill and insurance costs and was very friendly. I don’t like going to the dentist and avoided it for 3 years until I changed my insurance and moved. I found Dr Bachour through Zocdoc and it was easy to make am apt for a new patient. Parking around the building is free. The office is new very clean and modern with tvs in each station! 100% awesome experience and I am hard to please. I’m actually looking forward to going back! Great job to the entire team!!!

The first time in my life I can actually say I have a dentist. Both Dr Church and Dr Bachour are so dedicated to the latest advances in dental care. My past dentists have been all about profit, and I always questioned their diagnosis. Their care and knowledge trully put my mind at ease. Highly recommended.
