My family ate here for the first time yesterday. It was pretty good, but not quite on par with BurgerFi for me. The shoestring fries tasted so much better and healthier than Five Guys, but I generally prefer thicker fries. The vanilla milkshake was good, but I would probably prefer to save my dessert for Milwaukee Frozen Custard down the street next time. I would strongly recommend changing the kids menu to include milk as a drink option. My toddler devoured his grilled cheese and grapes, but he doesn’t like juice. We didn’t want to pay $ 2.25 extra for the little milk carton, so we felt we didn’t quite get our money’s worth. I would like to give a shoutout to the employee who let us get a new bag of grapes though! The bag tore open too fast and I spilled all the grapes everywhere. Thank you so much for being kind and understanding.

Besides serving organic burgers, the customer service we received last week was outstanding! We stopped by the restaurant after staying later at the One Loudoun Carnival than planned. Our kids were hungry & tired. It was exactly 9pm on a Wednesday night. Not realizing they were about to close or closing for the night, we walked right in. The staff was friendly, accommodating, & we were served even though it was technically closing time. We will be visiting frequently. :)

If 100% organic, grass-fed, free-range beef burgers ground in house tast like this? Give me the modified with hormones. No wonder the place was empty.

Ordered 2BBQ bacon burgers, a Swiss burger, fries and soda. Bill came to almost $ 32. The burgers were dripping with fat and the fries were on the limp side. Would have been nice if they offered meal deals instead of a la care pricing for everything. The bun was on the cold side. They could have at least toasted it. Not worth the price. Wont be coming back, as there are other burger places in one loudoun.

Love the fact that this place serves organic burgers. Tastes way better than five guys. I enjoyed the milkshake as well.

Good burgers and great fries! Easy order and receipt of food. Somewhat pricy at $ 33 for 3 but still good.

Not a fan. I found the beef just doesn’t taste right. Maybe I’m used to non-organic junk beef, but I just don’t like the flavor here. The fries are fine, though nothing overly special. I won’t be back as there are too many other local Burger places where I really love the burgers and fries.

So it been almost 2 years since the last time I reviewed this place. My first review I mentioned how terrible the noise of the place is. I got a response that they were working on some kind of music or sound masking. Well here it is 20+ months later and it is still a weird echo chamber and that type of quiet where you are not comfortable talking to the people you are with. The wait for the food ha also gotten much longer. We had 2 people order food before us and it was an unusually long wait for our burgers. I guess I will just keep going to falls church if I want an elevation burger.

Decent beef, but no option for how well cooked you want it, so quality is indistinguishable from others. Decent options, although mushrooms are surprisingly extra, and elevation sauce is pretty boring. Not bad, but not good either. Best thing is you can order up to 10 patties, but few want that. Good prices for decent quality, so I’ll be back for lunch.

Have you ever had a Wendy’s hamburger? This is the. Exact. Same. Thing. Now, that’s not bad, until you consider how dang much they charge you for a Wendy’s burger. And the fries are tiny little limp mushy shoestring assholes. No thanks. Save your money, time and tastebuds and go to Five Guys and get a real burger, awesome crispy peanut oil fries and PEANUTS. Or just go to Wendy’s and close your eyes and be like«I’m at Elevation Burger.»

I like the healthy options but is definitely isn’t the best burger in NOVA. And not worth the price. We felt we spent a lot of money on Wendy’s food. I understand the quality yada yada but it was average taste

We ordered 4 elevation burgers, service was great. However the burgers were dry with no taste. Everything about this place looked liked shack shack but sure didn’t taste like it. The burger reminded me of what we used to call them in Jr High School. «Murder Burgers». I have a bad case of heartburn as I write this. 2 stars for good service. Otherwise it would be a 1 star burger joint. Would rather eat at BK or McD’s.

I bought a grilled cheese sandwich. It wasn’t grilled on one side of the sandwich. There was no butter on both sides of the sandwich bread to make the grilled cheese sandwich have more flavor. The sandwich’s temperature was literally tepid going on cold. Grilled cheese sandwiches are suppose to be warm and melty. I have pictures to prove I had a travesty of a grilled cheese sandwich. I tried to submit a complaint via their webpage on my iPhone — I pressed the submit button and it literally did not do anything. So I tried submitting via a computer via Safari, same thing happened. Tried a third time with Chrome, still couldn’t submit my complaint. I am never going back and I recommend everyone do the same.

Very rude staff. Most of them have an attitude. The food is good, however the service is terrible. If you don’t like to work here why are you here.

May your experience be elevated by burgers, fries, milk shakes and all things nice. Halal meat eaters rejoice you will get juicy tender beef burgers here customized any way you like it. They have many toppings/sauces to choose from. Their elevation burger has two patties. If you like a thinner burger I would recommend their kids’ burger which has one patty. The size is not so little, my dad tends to like their kids burger better. However my hubby went for regular two elevation burgers to tend to his cravings of elevation burger. I like their bottled drinks which had many flavored juices, and root beers etc. Their fountain machine also was new and elevated. One thing I don’t like is their fries, they just don’t taste good made in olive oil I believe. Next time I want to try their chicken burger which is fairly new on the menu. This is a busy location in Loudon one area right off route 7. They have some tables outside and many inside. On Sunday, they were popping busy with elevated individuals like myself who enjoy a good burger any day of the week.~

The burgers were a bit dry, my fries were good, but my youngest son’s kid’s fries were WAY over salted, so I just gave him what was left of mine. The shakes were good. My oldest son enjoyed his Chicken Caesar salad, except one employee tried to charge him for dressing because my son didn’t ask for it with the salad. Um, it’s a Caesar Salad, the dressing is implied. Another employee told him to just go get the dressing out of the cooler in the back. It was just a so-so experience. Too many burger places in the area, with another one coming soon to One Loudoun, to want to come back here again.

This place was nearly empty on a Saturday evening during a FREE concert. That should have been a clue that it is not a good place to eat. I had the elevation burger with cheese, shared a fry, and a vanilla milkshake with Oreo. The burger was thin like a McDonald’s patty and didn’t have any flavor or seasoning. It was dry and overcooked, and very greasy. The fries are cooked in olive oil which give them an off taste. The ice cream was gritty in the milkshake and it melted as employee was bringing it out to us. To top it off, i ended up with stomach cramps, chills, and Montezuma’s revenge from this place. Will never eat here again.

There is some stiff competition in the burger arena. In my opinion, Elevation Burger does not stack up well to its competitors. Elevation is making some serious claims. Their burgers are to be «above and beyond good.» They’re even claiming to be the«best burger in NOVA». I beg to differ. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with quick and friendly service. I ordered an elevation burger and fries, no drink($ 10). Although my meal scored high points in the beauty department, the taste didn’t meet my expectations. My burger was dry and gritty, incomparable to other local burger joints. The only reason I finished it is because I drenched it in ketchup. Sad, really. The fries were the only savior to my meal. They were crispy and salty. Really, everything was good, except for my burger. But since it’s a burger joint. I’m going to have to disapprove. Sorry Elevation Burger, we will not be going on a second date.

Now how much did I miss elevation since it closed down in Coral Springs. Enough to overeat at this location in ashburn at the new shopping plaza called loudoun one. Elevation burgers are pretty consistent no matter where you eat them. May it be FL or VA. The beef in the burgers is well cooked and the burger look as if made with care. Not just tossed on a bun and thrown in your face like the other burger places. Plus they have a soda machine with a 1000 flavors what could go wrong. The last time I wrote a review about an elevation location it closed down hopefully I don’t jinx this one. Looks good for now as it is in a busy shopping area. Lets keep the fingers crossed!!!
