McDonald’s

I literally just came through the drive thru of this McDonalds. I pulled into my driveway to eat my double quarter pounder only to find that I didn’t have a bottom bun with the meat laying in the box with a top bun… #
I have nothing else to say other than the girl on the drive through was kind.

We have eaten here relatively regularly for a while due to convenience/​proximity, and watched the service deteriorate. The younger people who work there are rude, and the manager does not believe in customer service. Theres basically one maybe two friendly and competent females there, but thats it. Food is standard McDonalds food… when they get the order right.

Cash only at night. Sorry, but you’re a McDonalds… It’s not difficult to take cards

You won’t see how dirty it is when you just use the drive-​in!
The most dirty and disgusting McDonald’s I have ever seen. Little flies everywhere, sticky tables and slippery floor. I walked back from the table to take a better look at the kitchen, this convinced me to cancel my order. The filthy looking manager did very difficult but in the end I got my money back.
Doesn’t have McDonald’s any quality standards for franchises?

Although this McDonald’s has ice cream on their menu (menu items may be a franchise requirement), they have not had ice cream available for years. When you ask for a cone or sunday, they reply EVERYTIME with, «I’m sorry our ice cream is not working.»

Tried the new Buttermilk Chicken… this is a new low —
A bit of spice does not improve this dry sandwich, a smudge of mayo with an near fresh lettuce and almost slice of tomato promote this to the Avoid list

Drive thru restaurants with no rain cover are deeply annoying. Leaving me hanging while you walk back to key in my order, while I have my window open to the rain is more annoying. Remembering the order wrong is worse still. If you can’t remember the order correctly, stay at the register.
Don’t get it wrong and apologize, consistently. Just start getting it right.

Poor customer service all around. I went through the drive-​thru to get breakfast and wasn’t given a receipt. I parked and came back inside to get my meal refunded like at other places that fail to give you a receipt. Only to find out that they refused to refund my meal even though it was also in correct. Customer service is big for me and they flopped big time for me.

I was surprised to see all the bad reviews for this McD’s about customer service! Maybe they have new management now bc I’ve been going to this drive thru over the past year and All the employees I’ve have been super nice! My orders have always been correct. I’m giving this McD’s 4 stars compared to other McD’s…I mean it’s fast food so I don’t expect a fancy dining experience but I’m big about customer service and they have it. They have been fast, nice, and accurate with my orders. I’ve never been inside, just drive thru. The only gripe I can say is that Only once– they did not have the fries salted but just the 1 time. Other than that, drive on thru here.

I only give 1 star because I have too… this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever had to deal with or associate with… and I worked and managed Mickie D’s for several years…
DO NOT EVER LEAVE WINDOW OR COUNTER UNTIL YOU HAVE SEARCHED AND ACCOUNTED FOR EVERYTHING IN YOUR ORDER… they bat about 100 percent when it comes to screwing up orders

Is it possible to give zero stars? This Mc Donald’s is usually ok, as far as fast food is concerned. This morning tho I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and was treated horrible !

This McDonald has consistent issues with getting the order right. In a couple of occasions, I’ve literally had to go back through the drive thru 3 times to get the order correct. Always check your order before leaving. Lets see if I can take my own advice.

They gave me my first McGriddle, so, you know… I may be biased.

Ha! I can top Sarah S.‘s review — I ordered a fish sandwich (yes, the person at the drivethrough speaker was rude) and what did I get? A BUN! No filet o’ fish, no cheese, no tartar sauce, just a bun. Clearly the manager doesn’t read the Unilocal reviews as «service» at the drive-​through is nonexistant.

Forgot to include my $ 4 burger in my bag (I bought 6 items, so I didn’t check it all) so I had to drive back to get it. Asked to get some new fries, since these ones were cold, and the lady just added a few fresh ones on top. At home I realized that she’d screwed up, again!
$ 4 chicken deluxe was worse than a $ 1 McChicken.

Because of the convenience, I have come to this Mickey D.‘s for the past 12 years when I need food quick. The service has had a steep decline in the past 6 years and my wife and I always have problems with having our orders right. Revolving management and staff may be the contribution for the poor customer service. The facilities are not well kept — so I never eat in. It has an indoor playground but I don’t recommend as it is unclean. The Mickey D.‘s down the street on Farmwell would be recommended if you are willing to drive 2 miles down the road.

Don’t know what kind of money-​laundering scheme this place has going on, but they only accept cash for their late night drive-​thru and they won’t give receipts. I ordered a #1 regular which should be $ 5.25 with tax, guy tells me $ 6.50 so I asked for a receipt, then the guy changes the price to $ 5.50. I paid bc I was hungry and there’s no other option for late night food in this area. Needless to say, read the other reviews for how awful the food is.

I am not surprised in the least to see that this place has a 1 star review.
Girlfriend wanted an egg mcmuffin when she woke up this morning. I’ve learned the importance of keeping your lady happy, so to McDonald’s I go.
So here goes my experience in the drive through as I pull up:
Speakerbox: Silence for 30 seconds
Me: Hello?
Lady: Yes? (in a rude tone)
Me: (I say my order)
Lady: $ 9.86 (again in a rude tone)
She didn’t say ANYTHING other than yes, and asked if I wanted a combo with every single sandwich I ordered. I TOLD her after the first one that I wouldn’t be ordering a combo this morning. Oh, then the total but didn’t tell me what window to go to.
I drove by the second window (out of three) and the lady hangs her body out of the window to get my attention. I reverse back up to the window and she just holds her hand out and says NOTHING. I said to her it would be REALLY helpful if you would tell your customers which window they need to go to.
Lady at the window had my bag hanging out by the time I drove up, she said nothing either. I asked her if everything was in the bag and she responded rudely with «What???» I repeated myself, and she rudely replied with yes. I told her that both she and the other lady need a serious attitude adjustment.
The two biscuits were stale and gross. The bacon was burnt and literally crumbling apart. The egg McMuffin for my girlfriend was so sloppily made it looks like an arts and crafts project from a two year old. There was more cheese on the wrapper than there was on the sandwich.
This is just another one of the reasons why I never eat fast food.

one single star to this place! I have been here GOD only knows how many times ( Unilocal check-​ins do not reflect frequency) and every single time they get something on my order wrong, it never fails. Last time I went I ask for BAR-​B-​Q sauce not that hard to comprehend, someone please tell me how that translates to spicy asian crap? Today UN-​SWEATENED-​ICED-​TEA, and yes I have to say it like that because there are only 2 English speaking employees who never seem to be working when Im hungry, and yes I get sweet tea, ok so here’s the problem, my better half is hyperglycemic, which results in sugar coma and all other problems. So McDonalds you might want to make sure your employees speak English before allowing them to to speak to the general English speaking public.

OMG… dirty, disgusting, filthy!
Dirty and crumbs everywhere! Flies in the bathroom… noticed employee going to the bathroom and not washing hands!
Play area has food and crumbs every where!
Tables are cleaned with old rag.
Nasty, nasty, nasty! Corporate need to come check out this place!
