I used to love this place. But now, I wouldnt go there if they begged me.
Three years of loyalty… down the drain.
I dropped off 4 ladies button down shirts. Asked for laundry. Got a receipt for $ 1.45 a shirt. Great. Picked up one week later. Now they are $ 4.95 a piece because they are ladies blouse. Um, no, they are cotton button down shirts. So you are telling me because I am female you cannot treat my shirt the same as a man shirt? I call BS.
Called and spoke with guy whom I presume is owner. He was so unhelpful I was stunned.
So here is my advice ladies and gentlemen… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The service and staff here are great. The family who runs this is very friendly and honest, and they always recognize us even if we haven’t been here in a while.
Our dry cleaning has always come out great with no shrinkage, missing items, or other mishaps. They always warn us if they think the cleaning process will damage the item before they process it.
The dry cleaning fees are fairly reasonable. But considering you can do same day service (or at the very least next day service if you don’t get there early enough) without an extra charge, it seems to be a bargain compared to other places that charge more, take longer and send their items out to another facility. I’ve noticed that they tend to give us a discount for being repeat customers too. (I haven’t noticed if this is all the time or only with large orders though.)

I’ve had basic tailoring services done (like shortening/​letting out a hem and taking in clothing) with good results.
