Kind and courteous. Fast service with a smile and the product is always consistent. Easily the best Ledos in the state. Highly recommended.

I truly don’t get the appeal. The pizza is mediocre. If you want real pizza, go to Chicago or get a St Louis pizza with provel cheese

Food is average at best(for casual, franchised fast food). The issue is they advertise(online, coupons, various takeout menus) that they close at 10pm(sans Sundays when they close at 9pm) when they RANDOMLY close at 8 or 9 pm!!! It’s a MAJOR inconvenience when I take 15 min out of my time to decide what I and my family want(under the assumption they close at 10pm per ALL of their marketing materials, their website, the store hours posted ONTHEIRDOOR etc.) only to call at 9pm and no one answers the phone. No voice mail message saying they are closed so u think maybe they are just mad busy, just to get in your car and drive there and they are CLOSED. Damn, I’m not asking for much, just no false advertising… I basically wasted like 45 min of my life on a place that was closed. Honestly, I think you should spend your time & money elsewhere; for example Papa Johns actually taste ALOT better and most impo, has CONSISTENT hours. So I went home and ended up ordering PJ which was very good btw. No guess work involved. I don’t have to waste time wondering and calling to see if they are open.

Ledo Pizza is A-OK. I actually like their pizza a lot — it’s very thin crust. It’s my son’s new favorite pizza since he had some with a friend recently, and now this is all he ever asks for. Today we had lunch there and I enjoyed the Georgia barbecue chicken sandwich. Service was prompt and friendly. The only downside for me was they serve Pepsi products.

Terrible! The shopping center is awful and this place will go down in my opinion. Pizza was thin no sauce and precooked bacon came from Costco. We had to wait 20 minutes for box and our check on Sunday afternoon 3pm! Really! ! We love other Ledos in other locations.

They have a salad that is great. Spinach and bacon with a sweet dressing. Try it with a pizza and a soda. They have multiple soda flavors and tv! Really good if you like restaurants with pizza and tables.

I grew up on Ledo Pizza… even frequented the original in Adelphi, MD for a short time. I give the location of this particular Ledo’s a 1… the center its in is just a poor spot for it… move it closer to Ashburn Farm or Village and they might get more business. I have been there a few times and each time there haven’t been any people dining in… even at lunch time one day, I decided to take my kids and Mom… she loves Ledos too. We were the only ones in the restaurant at lunch time… maybe two other people got carry out while we were there… but no one came in to eat. Management is not solid… I know, I’m a restaurant manager. there was one person in the kitchen doubling as the cashier as well… so, where is he manager? Probably making the food… he didn’t look very clean, so I do question the staffing. the food was okay… not typical of the Ledos I know… early on, while in high school I worked for a Ledos in MD for almost 3 years… I even tried to duplicate the pizza at home… it just couldn’t compare to the actual pizza. this particular day, the food was decent… my kids wanted to see what was on TV, but we’re forced to watch middle eastern soccer… hmmm. The time before, I decided to get carry out on a Friday night… again, not very many people there… about 2 tables occupied… I say again, close that location and move to a busier spot… get better management, and staff and you will do a lot better.

Wings are terrible, cooked hours before and kept under a warmer… soggy. Used to love this place but they’ve gone downhill. Won’t be back.

The Mister LOVES him some Ledo, so this location should really be impressed that it is the one that broke him of his Ledo habit. The place is chaotic and usually taken over by large groups of sports teams/leagues who seem to use it as their own private banquet room. The food came out cold and bland. The place was filthy. Straw wrappers everywhere. The location is in a strip mall that is almost otherwise boarded up. We haven’t been back. You don’t need to bother.

Several bad experiences at this Ledos. Went there tonight and was very disappointed and will not be going back. The wait staff was short handed and overwhelmed. There was trash on the floor and many of the tables were left uncleaned. Ordered pizza and lasagna. Waited 60+ minutes for the pizza but the lasagna never arrived. Had to ask multiple times for utensils and plates. Did not get any plates as the waiter said all the plates were dirty and they had no one cleaning them. Not good. Ended up eating pizza off of the serving tray as we waited and waited for plates but none were available. Pizza was getting cold so we gave up. Packed our own take out box and left. No adult manager was seen and other customers had same issues. They left too. This Ledos has been going downhill over the last 6 months and is not recommended.

OK. First off its Ledo Pizza. You either love it or hate it. Its not authentic NY style nor is it particularly like any other pizza place including the chains like Dominos or Pizza Hut. The sauce is kind of sweet, the crust is more flaky biscuit like than doughy. The toppings are not exactly traditional nor of the highest quality. Still, I like Ledo from time to time because it is different from a texture and flavor profile. As for this location, it is tucked away in a dying strip mall on a forgotten corner of Ashburn. Honestly, you have to be going to Ledo specifically because there is no other reason to be over in this area. I have ordered takeout only, but the restauarant looks clean and well maintained. The food I have ordered has been consistent and I have had no complaints. Bottom line, if you like Ledo pizza and live in the Ashburn area, this is your place. If you hate Ledo pizza, then this place isn’t going to change your mind.

Name: Ledo’s Pizza Date: November 18th, 2011 Location: Ashburn, VA Quality: 2.8÷5.0 Comment: Not too thin, not too thick; its about right for a square pizza. The pizza I had seemed like it was dunked in a lot of flour on the bottom. I scraped most of it off so it would not affect the rest of this review. People say they do not like the sauce here, I thought it was quite good, the pizza was ready ontime for pickup. Aside from the sweet sauce, no one item stood out. If the bottom of the pizza had not been covered in so much flour, it probably would of tasted better. I recall having Ledo’s pizza years ago in other parts of VA and it was very good, as other reviewers have noted, i the taste and quality can depend on where a Ledo’s is located. I will point out though the cashier was quite friendly, he offered a bag and utensils since I was a carry-out, I never had been offered this at a pizza joint before, this was a first; however, it does not off-set the amount of flour used on the bottom of the pizza.

Frozen pizza from the grocery store is better and that’s not saying much. The pizza is greasy, flavorless, and just horrible. The pasta looks like something that comes out of a elementary school cafeteria and my 6 year old didn’t even like it and he loves spaghetti and meatballs. It’s obvious the meatballs are frozen. Cici’s has extremely cheap pizza and it tastes a little better than this place. Definitely stick to some place else than Ledo’s. I don’t understand how this place is a chain!

5th and final time I will ever go to Ledo’s. I can’t figure it out, but I’ve tried SO hard to understand why Americans think this pizza is so good. I’ve had Ledo’s five times now, constantly hoping the experience would be different but it never is. It is terrible, awful, greasy, sweet and flavorless at the same time. Who likes sweet pizza? Oh, the ever growing population of obese Americans like sweet and salty flavors, I guess this pizza is 5 stars for them. The service in this location was particularly awful, and we came after the lunch rush on a Saturday. We sat outside which was awesome, but the one girl working outside forgot things often and she would pop outside only every 10 minutes or so. I am done with Ledo Pizza.

love it. It’s pretty much all YUM. We had a bday party there and they were great to work with. This is one of the nicer — make that the NICEST Ledo interiors I’ve ever seen. Toasted ravioli = our fave appetizer. Forewarned: their pepperoni is thick sliced — so it doesn’t get crispy or curl hardly. Sausage = super flavorful. Their leftovers only get better… cold or warmed it’s all good.
