Wow… where to start. If I could give a negative rating o would. Only came here due to free personal pan pizza from my son’s Book It. Not worth the free 4 $ pizza. I also tried to order one of the «skinny» special pizzas off the menu in the counter right in front of me, but the guy couldnt figure out how to ring it up. After 5 minutes of him fumbling around, I gave up and ordered a large pepperoni (he managed to get that one in the system). I waited over a half an hour and watched as other customers came in and ordered and walked out with their food as I continued to wait. I was told once that it was in the oven, then a second time I was told that something happened to the personal pan pizza. One bright note… after I complained the person working the desk threw in a 2 liter and free breadsticks. Bottom line. .never going back here again and I’d suggest that others heed the warnings of me and the other Unilocal reviewers.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut’s I’ve been to! I’m 40 years old and I’ve been eating Pizza Hut since I was a little girl. I’ve eaten at them in at least 4 states, and worked at one when I was 21. This Pizza Hut is a ripoff. I’ve always known Pizza Hut to have a nice layer of rich, stringy cheese. You can barely see the cheese on their pizzas. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. The first time my pizza practically had no cheese. This time, I ordered extra cheese, and it looked like a regular pizza hut pizza would look. When I asked about the extra cheese, the front attendant argued with me and offered no resolution. When I requested extra cheese, she stated she added 2 cups, which is not possible and told me that the only way that I could get more cheese was if she threw this one away and made a whole new pizza. I was so aggravated, I took my pizza and left. If I would have not been on my lunch break, I would have had them make a new pizza just to prove a point. But I won’t be going back there.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut on this planet and in the nearest 20 solar systems combined so giving it «any» stars makes me feel like I am being violated. They work super hard to achieve this status and wear it proudly. Because it’s the closest one to our house, we are often left with no choice but I believe I am ready to cut the ties after a 4 year and very complicated relationship. I believe in last 4 years they have gotten 2 orders right and delivered on time. One time the order showed up 2.5 hours late and with cold food. I believe the driver went on a vacation and then realized he had to deliver food for 10 people who were ready to eat the furniture, his car and him, by the time he arrived. When I officially called to complaint the manager had a very generous yet casual suggestion, «We are busy, it happens». Those beautifully uttered words made me do the unthinkable. I decided to call the Pizza Hut corporate office. I will tell you this much. It’s easier to find President Obama’s cell phone number than to locate a good number to reach this elite team. No luck so I filled out a form on their website and sent it to the black hole. After a couple of days I received a call and was given «credit» to my account for the money I paid for the order.
Let’s fast forward 2 months or so. I am sorry I dont order from this store everyday. I had some company and I placed an order trying to use the credit. I was told my credit had «expired». Huh??? what? The credit they gave me expired because I waited 2 months? Now you figure this out, put yourself in my shoes and imagine my reaction.
Whoever is the brilliant mastermind running this store should be promoted and given the title of Mictlantecuhtli which in Aztec Mythology is a reference to the God of death. Why? well with the amount of waiting one has to do, there is a pretty good chance of you dying before your pizza shows up.

Generally OK. hard to screw up chain restaurant pizza. This past time, however, there was no CHEESE on our pizza! It was an online order and even the receipt didn’t say no cheese, so I have no idea how they screwed that one up. When we called to let them know their mistake, we could hear the manager in the background disbelieving us. On top of that, the current staff is. eccentric, to say the least.

DONT DO IT! It was late, we ordered a pizza for delivery. Placed the order. It makes you pay for it before they will give you a time on the mobile app. The wait we decided was too long and we were already tired. So we called to cancel it. They never answered the damn phone. Ever. We even called another Pizza Hut, thinking they may have a back line or something, but nothing. The other Pizza Hut tried calling for us too. They told us that once they get there, just refuse it and tell them that not only had we been trying to call but another location was too. At first we were pretty worried that they weren’t answering. Thought maybe something was wrong, but nope pizza man came 1:20 minutes later … Told him we had been trying to call to cancel before the pizza was made. But we weren’t Hungry anymore and wasn’t going to pay for the pizza. He didn’t like that very much … But I didn’t like that they turned off the phones

This Pizza Hut is horrible!!! 45 minutes=60 minutes or more. The staff is so unfriendly. Don’t you dare ask for any extra wing sauce because they act like its «illegal.» Don’t waste your time on this one – drive a bit further to the next one!

That was the best pan pizza I’ve ever had.
Delivery came in less that the estimate time and the order was right.
The crust was perfectly crispy.

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Ordered food at 9pm, it’s now 11:15 and still haven’t received it. The place never picks up their phone and when they do they tell us our food will be out of the store in a minute. 30 minutes later we still haven’t received our food. Now let’s see if the food is cold when it arrives, if it does that is.
Update: midnight. Never received food. Called, canceled, requested a refund, and plan to never make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Ordering from them is a nightmare.
Also, here is an interesting story:
We ordered pepperoni pizza from them awhile back and it looked as if they forgot to add the pepperoni after the pizza was already in the oven. So what they did was they put pepperoni on the pizza AFTER it was already out of the oven, so the cheese was burnt and they had the tenacity to deliver this crap after waiting over 45 minutes.
You can’t make this up.

My order was not messed up like other reviews say, the estimated wait time for my pizza to arrive was right on target and our 3 large pizzas were exactly what we asked for. I can’t complain.

I ordered 1 Large pizza online for pickup at 12pm (they open at 11am). When I went to pick it up, my pizza was ready on time and it was still warm and fresh.
I put tons of toppings on my pizza and I was relieved to see that they got everything right. The pan crust was buttery and toasty just the way I like it. It had plenty of cheese and pizza was cooked just the right amount. I wish that they didn’t put so much spinach on top because it covered the entire pizza and it pretty much looked like a spinach pizza and I thought you were supposed to put all the toppings BEFORE cooking them in the oven. But anyways, there were plenty of toppings underneath and it still tasted great.
It’s Pizza Hut afterall, so don’t expect gourmet pizza, but it was one of the best I’ve had from any delivery pizza chains.

The biggest problem with this place are the delivery times. The food was cold which leads me to believe they don’t have enough drivers (my driver was super friendly.) The gal that took my order sounded like an over dramatic game show host. I can handle that but will not wait for over an hour for cold food. It’s too bad because the new menu looks delish.

If they weren’t across the street from me I wouldn’t order from here again. Like i said, I’M ACROSS THE STREET and the food looks cold and old by the time it gets to me. Phone person is rude 9/​10x, no personality. Generally speaking quoted time is correct, however, if it’s not, an update call would be nice.

Okay I’ve read almost all the reviews for this establishment. The overall consensus seems to be more negative experiences then positives. I can only offer my experiences with this Pizza Hut and be honest. That being said I’ll go on to review this place as a solid 3. Just average. The times my family and I order takeout have been nothing short of excellent service. The people taking our orders are knowledgeable and they haven’t messed up any of our orders so far. FYI my family’s orders are relatively simple — stuffed crust extra cheese or pan pizza jalapeño. They haven’t managed to screw that up yet. Sure, there was that one time they wouldn’t pick up the phone after multiple attempts. After a 6^th or 7^th attempt I finally got the response of «the phone lines were messed up. Sorry about that.» Ok fine I understood things happen. We’ve never done a delivery from this place so I can’t comment on how long delivery time is or if they show up well beyond the estimated online order time. But so far this PIZZA HUT has been an OK service provider when it comes to ordering a carryout pizza.

Ordered Pizza the other night but did a pick up. I went in, ordered my pizza’s and paid. Went down the the Asian market and did some sopping as they said 15 minutes. Cam back 20 minutes later an all they said was «its not ready but they could not tell me when. There was another person waiting who said he was told «three minutes» several times and that was at least 15 minutes a go. After he finally got his I asked about mine and they had this really indignant look like «why are you taking to me» and I got a «3 minutes» answer. Told the person «I hope its not the last persons 3 minutes». took 45 minutes to get two pizzas which in the end were real hot and tasty but ho boy, something has got to change in the staff as thats about the worst service I have had in years. Pizza was good but service pushes it to one star, lowest Unilocal rating for me ever.

Placed an order online at 8:37pm. It is now 9:45 and I still do not have my pizza. Can’t blame the weather because the streets are clear. Won’t be ordering from here again. This is ridiculous! Very hungry and unhappy!

My Wife placed a delivery order for the new hand-​tossed pizza that Pizza Hut is promoting on SuperBowl Sunday. Was told that it would be two hours and when the pizza arrived it was all wrong. I like to be able to slice my pizza and finish cooking when they deliver so my wife asked for the pizza to be half baked and not to cut it. The pizza arrived fully cooked and cut. The pizza lacked flavor and even though we ordered extra cheese it wasn’t any extra cheese. My wife called the store and asked for the manager and someone gets on the line and is challenging my Wife about the order even though I heard her have the person who took the order repeat it so we were sure we would get what we wanted. I get on the phone and the person is going to tell me that they have to cut my pizza. I always order my pizza the same way. He then is going to dispute the facts. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I had to request a refund and was getting ready to go take the pizza back until the person I was speaking with put a women on the line who must have been the manager and she informed me that our charge would be voided.

This is the absolute worst pizza hut I’ve ever ordered from in my life. I’ve always been a fan of pizza hut even when i was younger. Their thin n’crispy was always one of my absolute favorites. That being said, I will never ever order from this place again. On Saturday night at 10:30pm (which I know is late but they close at 12) me and my friends ordered 3 large pizzas with bread-​sticks and a liter of cola. The website said it would show up at 11:30. Well, 11:30 came around and the clock kept on ticking. My cousin decided to call the store to ask if our order had at least been sent out. No answer. He called back 15 minutes later at 11:45-no answer and again at 12 and no answer. At this point, we figured they weren’t coming so we just went to bed. My cousin and I were the last people awake and we heard a knock at the door… it was 12:30! The delivery guy stood there and my cousin asked why the pizza was so late and why there was no one available to answer our calls. Our delivery man’s response was priceless – «if you want faster pizza, call Domino’s». We were all shocked and I actually laughed on the inside. He then told my cousin he was a «f@#$ing punk» and he left. Our pizza was cold as well. When we called the next day it turns out the pizza guy changed our order and pocketed half the order money. Please don’t go back to this place. Worse place ever.

I ordered 3 cheese stuffed crust meat lover. Where is my cheese? It’s hollow. *Sighhh*
Called in to order for deliver because of a promotion I received via email. The guy refused to take my order and said that I had to order online for that promo. Sheesh, what a hassle. And so I ordered a large 3 cheese stuffed crust meat lover and an apple pie. They hardly stuffed any cheese in the crust, most are hollow. Darnit, gave the driver a nice phat tip too. Debating whether I should call back and file a complain so this doesn’t happen again and doesn’t happen to anyone else. What a rip off!

Totally agree with the rest of the reviews on how bad this location is.
We ordered a large stuffed crust with ham, pineapple, and onions as well as a side order of pizza rollers and were very disappointed in both. The pizza had next to no cheese, very little sauce, only one or two pieces of ham and pineapple per slice (if lucky), yet an excess (10+ pieces) of onion per slice. The pizza rollers had way too much pepperoni and lack of cheese and were burnt.
We love Pizza Hut but we’ll be looking to go to another store after this very poor experience.
