Great news! Pomodoro is now delivering again. This means I will definitely be ordering from them much more, especially in the summer. Thanks for the change Pomodoro!

Came in at 9:30pm. Kid behind the counter told us they were closed. Funny, thought they were open til 10. Oh well, Paisanos had no problem making us dinner…

I’m from New York and If you are seeking a legitimate New York style pizza, this is as good as it gets around these parts. Thin crisp crust, dripping with oil, and served hot enough to burn off the roof of your mouth. It is surprising to find such good pizza in an ice rank.

The food is decent, but I had a really poor experience with just trying to pay for my meal! Cashier did not know how to ring up my purchase. I did not order anything special. So after he could not find it on his cash register, he just charged me for a random item. I challenged him and his colleague did not care and defended him. Then I told him that your prices are not even posted and do not match your web site. His response: «The web site is not accurate». My response was«it should mirror what you charge». I am like HUH. They simply did not care.

Love love this place! My favorite is the Greek salad with chicken, and the mushroom and spinach pizza is awesome too. Staff is super friendly and they treat you like family.

This is the only place I buy pizza from in Ashburn. The no longer do delivery but call in and pick up is consistent. Why wait 45 minutes for a horrible delivery pizza? I first went here when the kids were ice skating but it is now my go to pizza place. It isn’t the best pizza in the country but nothing else I’ve had within10 miles comes close.

5 stars for what it is, but don’t expect a sit down restaurant. Good New York style pizza and Italian family food, with wine and beer for mom and dad to eat while kids skate at the Ice House. Great for take out.

This place is sad… and the food and service isn’t very good. It loosk like it belongs in an archade. The Pomodoro in Sterling is SO much better on all counts.

Great little family owned pizzeria. I can always count on a quick tasty sub for lunch. Their Sicilian style pizza is one of the best in the area. Enough to feed a small army for a very affordable price.

That food was really bad. Garlic knots were cold as anything, the garlic tasted horrible too. I’d pay somebody $ 15 to kick me in the groin before I pay $ 15 for 2 slices of cardboard pizza, 12 cold garlic knots and a soda.

Delicious, friendly and great tasting Supreme pizza. They even had a great kids party with white glove treatment. They do it right!

Overpriced for underwhelming food. Pizzas are smaller than most and taste like they were frozen. And serving beer and alcohol during kids games seems kind of sketchy. Those that like the pizza here haven’t had Three Brothers or Ledo.

It’s at a great location if your kids play hockey, figure skate, or if you’re stopping by for one a public skate session. The pizza and entrée’s are reasonably priced but be wary during weekends around noon as it tends to get very busy with foot traffic.

(This is the location attached to Ashburn Ice House ice rink) Great…another pizza review by yours truly. If you follow my caustic and generally obnoxious reviews, you’ll see I get serious when rating a pizza joint. First of all, its attached to an ice rink. I play hockey so this is a natural paring in my opinion. This fufils two of three passions in my life. The third… well, I don’t see the hockey moms and figure skaters supporting strippers at this venue. 2 outta 3 aint bad. I know pizza… my family is from NY. I order a pie as soon as I step off the plane when visiting. Pomodoro’s is pretty close to the classic NY style but it has its own twist. The thin crust style is very light /crispy, almost brick oven like. Me like. Toppings are fresh and sauce is pretty much in the game. True NY style requires two hands and a required fold in the middle to insert it into your pie hole. In NY2 bucks gets you a slice as big as your head. NY pizza can hold its own when ordered plain cheese slice. I order the supreme at Pomodoro’s and need two to tame my ravenous appetite. It ain’t 2 bucks either. Still… I don’t mind paying for good shit and this is my fave in Northern VA. Bottom line: If you don’t like Pomodoro’s, I will yank your jersey over your head and beat you like a drum(refer to: Samuel L. Jackson Englewood Jack on Youtube).

Good pizza. Yummy crunchy crust, but wayyyy tooo expensive. I just had 2 slices and a 16 ounce soda…10 bucks! TENBUCKS??? Come on now… it’s pizza, not filet or sushi.

Best pizza by the slice around comes from the pomodoro line of shops. Here and fair oaks locations never disappoint.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a greek salad for takeout tonight. While the salad was good, the pizza was very disappointing. There was just too much grease! I know that we won’t be going back, especially since we can get better pies at paisano’s in the same shopping center

Absoloute perfection. They make thier own crust and have a excellent pizza sauce as well. our son plays hockey here and the service is top self and the food is great. i am very partial to their Chicken Alfredo. Good quantity of chicken fresh crip broccoli and the alfredo is creamy as well. Pizzas are great be it a slice of cheese or a pomodor delux. The greek salad is a good treat as well.

I just tried this place for the first time. I’ve seen other Pomondoro’s around, so it’s a chain. And I have NEVER noticed it before, tucked back and attached to the right side of the skating rink as it is. My friend and I ordered 2 slices to go(all the pizzas are cooked, so you can basically point at which one you want slices of) and they also have a lot of other Italian options. The friend ordered a chef’s salad, too, and it was chock-full of goodies. I would rate the pizza a *ten* on a scale of 1 to 10. The toppings were plentiful and tasty, the sauce and cheese were very good, and the crust was PERFECTION… it actually had a taste and crispy all along the bottom and chewy everywhere else. Prices are great, too, and very handy to run in for dine-in or take-out at lunchtime on a workday. I would highly recommend this place.
