They recovered my computer from a total upgrade meltdown. They restored all system functions and saved all of my files. In addition they added a new sound card which is compatible with the current operating system. After they examined my computer, they called me and explained what they could do, what my options were, and what the cost would be. This is very important to me. All of this was completed in two days. I have used this company before, and I have been totally satisfied both times.
