On my way to Best Buy to get my computer fixed and I looked over and saw Computer Wingman next to Dunkin Donuts in Ashburn Village Shopping Center. I saw it last year but never needed it and today I said, «Why drive ALL the way to Best Buy?» So I drove right up front to store and took my computer in. Really nice guy inside said he could fix my problem and in 15 minutes I’m out the door and free of charge. My dog chewed off some of my laptop keys and I had ordered the parts through online and Computer Wingman installed the keys for me just like that. Thank you so much young man and that will get me back into your store for sure and I’ll tell others if they have a problem give you all a try!

So I was really hoping that I could work with Computer Wingman. I run three companies from my home office and they are 5 minutes away and I had to fire our IT guy a while back. I took a PC in and they diagnosed it as a bad video card. They wanted $ 100 for a new video card which I was OK with without even knowing the make and the model but they wanted $ 100 to install the card and software which I found ridicules for a 10 minute procedure that they could have been multi-tasking on ½ the time. I explained that was too pricey for me and offered $ 50 but they wouldn’t budge. As a saving grace they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis but they still wasted my time and I still need to find an IT consultant.
