The staff are pretty consistently rude the 2 times I’ve been in there — I will not upgrade my phone at this store or spend money there

They refused to give me a refund for an overpriced cell phone charger that I purchased two days earlier. Now I have to go through the process of filing a claim with the states attorney generals office to show them that state consumer protection laws trump the writings of a receipt that they gave me after I tendered payment. While I’m at it I might as well file a complaint with the bbb. Steer clear of this place!

This is the worst Sprint store in the history of Sprint stores. The reps that work there have a sense of entitlement and fail to realize that they are serving the public. I have been to this location several times and I have never had good customer service nor have I seen it displayed to other guests. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. The girls are incompetent and have no sense of reasoning they only want to «sell».The staff should be retrained on how to adequately give customer service.
