Had a great, entirely painless, relatively quick experience here today. Monty set up with a new phone and laid out the plan as simply as possible. Good customer service and the store wasn’t swamped like the Dulles store always is.

Again, I have received superior service at the Ashburn Village Verizon Wireless store. Osman has worked tirelessly to help me with me with my daughter’s phone. He literally has spent hours on the phone with various corporate agents showing great patience throughout. Thank you Osman!

Shopping for mifi, they start asking for a lot of information, I told them«I’m sharing this with you, but you Can Not run a credit report»…so, «no problem, we will not run a credit report, just our internal Verizon check».,.sure enough, they ran a credit report. Picked up mifi at AT&T.

Worst phone buying experience ever. I was told that the S6 was $ 300 off($ 200 credit and $ 100 rebate). I go back into the store today when I realized they didn’t include the rebate information. Monty told me he’ll call me in 2 hours. After not getting a call I called him and he said he’ll call me back in 5 minutes. After am hour of not receiving a call I called back and the«manager» named Chris was rude and said I must have misunderstood and that there is no rebate. I told him that it was a bait and switch and poor business tactics. He seemed impressed with himself and said I can return everything if I wanted. I’ll be dropping verizon tomorrow.

I never leave reviews; however, I have to because of my experience. My boyfriend has been an ATT client and I’ve been waiting for his contract to end since I am VZW committed client — so he could join mine. We decided to come to the ashburn location instead of Dulles since we were already in ashburn even though Dulles has been my go to place. ALLOFTHATHASCHANGEDAFTERTODAY. This location from now one will be my main place(Sorry Dulles). They(Chris, Chris and Ghazi) were very transparent with my boyfriend when answering his questions which finally got him to transfer over to this carrier. We’ve been here for over an hour not because of the wait but because of the patience and welcoming environment we were given by them — I’ve never gotten this from Dulles. They weren’t just trying to sell us something and push us on our way out but to make sure that we are 100% satisfied before we walk out the door. I’m coming back Monday to get my phone for an upgrade that they got for me in less than 5 mins by calling other centers to get my phone. :) So long this team stays, my boyfriend and I will always be returning(as needed).

I’ve been to verizon in Dulles mall and fair oaks mall and was very disappointed Either I had to wait for a long time or they rushed me through the processing . I got to the point of even changing to AT&T or T-Mobile Every time we thought to upgrade our cellphones instead of feeling good we felled like we have to do chores Last time we went to verizon in Ashburn and honesty for the first time I enjoyed our shopping They were amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable They answered every questions we had with patients And did not rush us at all We were very impressed Our sales-rap’s name was Kian Nasir Amazing young man with a lot of knowledge about verizon wireless Highly Recommend(703)677−8811
