Wendy’s

The workers always ask how you are and seem very friendly. I get their burger and fries and I like it. Not anything too special, but much better than McDonald’s.

This Wendy’s is an excellent place to eat if you enjoy rotten salad. Absolutely gross! They put chicken, apples and decent salad on top of a big wad of rotten lettuce that belonged in the garbage. Wendy’s manager — there is no excuse for serving garbage to your customers. You may think you make more money with these antics but every time you do it your customers go down the road. I won’t be back!

Let be real here. Its fast food so you don’t expect the greatest in anything, but every time I go here I wonder how the managers get the employees to smile and give me good customer service. I’ve been living here fur a year and a half and they really haven’t steered me wrong. Other Wendy’s locations I can’t say the same for, but these folks have it together in my opinion. Food is normally fresh made too. Please give these folks a shot and prepare for a decent experience.

Mixed bag — cold burger but hot fries, except they’re stale.
WiFi drops signal but there’s an outlet for your smartphone or laptop.

We live nearby and go here pretty regularly when we need a quick bite to eat or have a craving for a late-​night frosty. It’s like most other Wendy’s locations. Nothing stands out in my mind that would distinguish this Wendy’s as any better or worse than other locations.

Eating in is a slower than I’ll get out experience. I don’t know what the deal is, slow staff or understaffed. My guess is both. Waited a good 15 minutes in line with only 3 people ahead and then at least another 15 min after ordering… for a burger, chicken sandwich and kids meal.
Went to get a refill on my tea and was told I would have to pay for a refill. After declining I was suddenly told, sure, I could have one. Not positive why the sudden change of heart. Trying to squeeze a little more $ out of me? Who knows.
On the contrary, the drive thru experience is much faster, but not enough to really bump the rating.
Fyi, place is pretty tiny, so it fills up fast at lunch time and gets loud.

Courteous and friendly staff, very fast drive through. Love the Jr. bacon cheeseburger and chili.

This Wendy’s has to be the worst I’ve ever been to. I work in the plaza. I had a friend come visit me and she picked up my order from Wendy’s (Homestyle chicken sandwich meal) She bought it back to my salon and they had literally given her the bun, with mayo and tomato. I called them and asked to speak with the manager. The manager got on the phone, hardly speaking English. I told him what happened and he said «oh sorry, so what would you like?» I said, well you guys charged me for separate sandwich, drink, and fries for one. For two, this isn’t even a sandwich.” He apologized and told me to come get another meal on him. I explained I was at work and couldn’t leave but I’ll have my friend go get it. She went in there to pick it up and when she returned, there was just a sandwich. He explained he was giving me a meal on him. I didn’t care because I’m only one person, I couldn’t eat that much anyways. Two weeks later, I was at work and my fiancé went and picked up the same meal for me, he returned and they had charged me for separate things again. This time, no fries included. I was going to call asking where the fries were but at this point, I gave up trying to give them service. This Wendy’s is HORRIBLE. If you want Wendy’s, I suggest making the extra 5 minute drive down the road. Avoid this one.

This Wendy’s is so disappointing. The staff is rude, the drive thru cannot get a complete order right and the restaurant isn’t very clean. To make matters worse I noticed that they were charging $ 1 more on my credit card than the order totaled. They did this twice in a row when I called them to complain. They told me to come up in and they’d remove all charges. I am glad they fixed it but I am pretty sure management is aware of this over charging scam by their lack of surprise about he charges in he first place. I try to avoid his place unless I’m really craving a spicy chicken sandwich.

Not a stellar unit of the Wendy’s brand. Is it the worst, no. But I would put in the bottom 50% of Wendy’s I have visited. Dining area is very small and sometimes the cashiers can be a little surly or inattentive, but it is reasonably clean and the drive thru has always been consistently decent. Food can be hit or miss.

The restroom was disgustingly dirty with urine and trash on the floor and the urinal was broken, the person taking our order was rude, and the food was just ok. When filling the order, he kept forgetting things because he wouldn’t read the order that he entered.
There isn’t much in the way of seating and the tables weren’t wiped down very often.
I won’t be going back here.

Would give this location 0 stars if I could! Could not produce us a receipt when we were there, and overcharged us for our order! I mentioned it to my boyfriend, who went inside to settle the matter. They ended up giving him a couple bucks back but it was NOT worth it for the price we paid for the food that we ended up getting. Usually Wendy’s is pretty solid and consistent; this place SUCKS though. The food was terrible from the fries to our sandwiches.
Will not go back.

I mean… it’s a Wendy’s. This location is decent– they are always clean and stocked with good customer service.
The food always comes out nice– although I really hate that usually when I order a burger, the lettuce they put on is a piece of the tough white part that nobody wants to eat… so I usually just take it off and deal without the extra crunch.
Sometimes they mess up the orders, especially in the drive thru line, but it happens.

We have been here a few times and they have many mistakes almost everytime. Other than that it’s a Wendy’s. Not much else to say.
