I’m pretty sure this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They never get my order right, never remember the sauce for my nuggets, food is always cold and tastes like the oil needs changed. I only went inside once, and it was really dirty looking — oh and there were a bunch of buckets in various spots to catch dripping water!
Today was the final straw. I had completely inedible fries, no sauce, and my frappé was awful. How can they mess up something they hardly have to do anything for?
I think maybe it’s just Virginia doesn’t have good McDonald’s. I guess we might try another one, but more likely we’ll just skip it all together.

Best McDonald’s ever I’ve been to a lot of McDonald but this is by far the best one! I can’t believe they have a hot tub in the back. They even have a live tiger attraction which I don’t think is very ethical but is still cool

My teens’ 5am swim practices requires cheap iced lattes. I am so not an early morning person. But I appreciate cheap coffee.

This is your typical McDonalds. It won’t blow you away with amazement, but it also won’t let you down either. Their menu and quality of food is more than acceptable. All in all, you really can’t go wrong with this one.

This place is filthy and dirty. There’s maybe 6 people in the restaurant and the guys are behind the counter doing nothing… At the very least they should be cleaning up the tables and the drink area. Gross!

It’s McDonalds… how can you mess that up? Well the service is slow and be careful, they’ll get you with their orders of salt that are light on the fries. The funny thing is that I am thinking of how I could place an order, drive home and type this review, and jump back in line and still be waiting.

I can’t believe I am writing a review of McDonalds. *sigh* here goes…
Just like the other reviewer says, this location is slow and dysfunctional. Even if I am ordering a multi-​person meal or a simple soft serve cone there is always some confusion.
The food is fine, but that is if you get it. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you are reading this on your iphone in line waiting for your order.
I blame management as McDonalds has a very efficient assembly line method for food prep. Training has not happened it seems. The staff are always nice and have been apologetic from time to time.

Not the place to go for FAST food. The service is slow, slow slow. The fries are ½ potato and ½ salt.
