I had an out of state support registration I was trying to accomplish. The «associate» attorney from this firm that I had hired was rather young and somewhat inexperienced. He eventually ended up dropping my case because it was too «complex». His words! I have to wonder if an individual that’s practicing law to this extent had even passed the bar exam, and if so, how many times did it take?!? My case was supposed to be extremely simple and I wasn’t even contesting anything from the other party.
You know it’s bad when you hear the opposing counsel say to my attorney, «thank you for being so cooperative and easy to work with!» This was all during the last and only hearing! My case eventually ended up getting dismissed, no thanks to these people. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else with EXPERIENCE, that knows what they’re doing.
