While staying in town for business I stopped in for a quick bite. First of all, the first time I couldn’t find the place. I guess second time was the charm. The hostess’s were great, I was seated at a very nice table. My server was Anne and I was her first customer of the night after shadowing other servers prior. She did a great job, the only problem was that entrée was fired before I was ready(since I was working while dining) a note thru POS or a verbal should have happened but I was partly to blame since I have been in Restaurants/Hospitality industry for 40 years. All in all It was a great dining experience and if I’m ever in Asheville I would definitely go back.

This is a restaurant that sets an example. We stopped here on a long road trip, and the food was solid, but moreover the service was excellent. You don’t always expect top quality from chain restaurants, but we got it here.

I have dined at Carrabba’s several times with the most recent being two days ago. Grant was our waiter. He did a great job, and our dinner was excellent as it always is. Carrabba’s has been consistently excellent over the years, which is an accomplishment in this business. I like the mix of jazz/standards and other music played in the venue. It helps promote an atmosphere of relaxation and mirth. Thanks to our waiter Grant and to Carrabba’s for another great dining experience!

Took 45 min because to be seated because they didn’t schedule enough servers. Another 10 min to meet our server and 45 min to get dinner entrée. Then we were told they ran out of the dessert that was a new item on their menu. I still left an awesome tip but this place is very poorly managed compared to other Carrabas locations I have been to.

Have never had a bad meal here. I must say I’m not a huge fan of the open feel after the remodel but I will always go back. The pasta weesie and shrimp/scallop spedina are my go to’s and I always have to have the calamari… the sangrias are pretty tasty too.

Ordered two 10″ pizza’s and they were simply awful — cold and very dry. Staff was rude — indicated that they are not a pizza restaurant and reprimanded us for not parking the ca in the appropriate parking space for pick-up. These so-called pizzas were $ 12.95 each and honestly a Paul Neuman frozen pizza is 100% better than these Carrabba’s pizzas.

Well I guess all good thing’s must come to a end. The Corporate Greed and lack of caring about customew approval is appalling! The new Rosa Maria and other cuts to the menu have left us no choice but to morn the passing of a once great place. They have went from amazing to average at best.

I think the food is overpriced for what we got. Pasta. Salads. Wine. Cannoli. All marginal. Whatever their Italian word for«a glass and a half» serving… I translate as «a rip off». They bring a very small mini carafe of wine and a giant wine glass… Pour part(1glass) into your glass,(not even!) then show you the«half glass» left in the mini carafe. $ 9.90. 3 dinners with salad,(2 pasta dishes, 1 shrimp w/mashed potatoes), 2 «glass and a half» red wines, and 1 order of 2mini cannoli $ 78+ tip

Good choice for dinner. Had the sirloin Marsala and it was cooked exactly as I ordered. Great bartender too!

They served our table some warm bread and olive oil n’ herbs(pesto) quickly. It was very good. Our waitress Shanta was very good and kept our glasses full. My father in law had a pizza he enjoyed the wood grilled crispy bottom. My daughter did not like her pizza due to the bottom LOL Hubby had the Pasta Caraba which he said was excellent. I had the Chicken Bryan which was delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes. My mother in law chose the salad and soup combo which was good as well. Lovely meal and fairly quiet on a tuesday evening. It was my husbands bday so they gave him a dish of vanilla icecream, some places give an actual dessert which he would have liked.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. The Parmesan salad dressing was yummy. We had the surf n turf steak and lobster ravioli, we actually chose this place because we saw an ad for it on TV for only $ 14.00 a «limited time special». Steak and ravioli were really good. Didn’t get a foodie though :(. There was confusion with what they thought we ordered. We ordered the 6 oz and they brought us the a 6oz and a smaller steak to equal 9 oz! Not sure if this was intentional hoping we would pay for the more expensive size. We had them take the other piece back and credit our bill. I would come back here tho if they offer similar specials

If you come here don’t ask the young lady at the desk, Daniela, how long it will be, she can’t tell time. Arrived and was told it would be half an hour, after an hour and a half we decided to order at the bar. The bright part was the bartender, Amanda, who was the nicest person in the restaurant. This serves me right for doing a corporate restaurant!

It has been 3 years since my first visit, and we returned on the same day, Black Friday. This time we returned with a similar size group, and place was far less busy than before. Our group of 8 was seated immediately, at 7 p.m. Service was excellent and the food we had was similarly good. The item I had, Fettucini Weezy, was as good as I remembered. My wife had Shrimp and Scallops in Champaign sauce, also excellent. Wine list remains pricey. With a beer and an iced tea, our bill: $ 50 with tip.

Great food and fantastic service. Charles is an example of the perfect server. The food was excellent too, certainly enough on its own to return to this restaurant, but it’s the service that makes this place stand out.

The food is good but the service is terrible!!! The hostess is so rude!!! She was paying more attention to her iphone than taking me to my table. And my server was high. I DONOTRECOMMEND!

When you are paying $ 30 for chicken Cesar salad and grilled chicken… I don’t expect sass when the geniuses running the to-go window lose your order. Add no silverware to that insult, and you get the service from this horrible location. I haven’t eaten mcdonalds in years, but I’m willing to wager their service is better. #rudewhitegirlsworkhere

First time at Carrabba’s and overall it was was excellent. They have a nice patio area you can sit at, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious! Love the bread they bring out with the herb olive oil. Had the Seafood Cannelloni and it was amazing.

I chose Carrabba’s in Asheville because I was hungry and have had great dining experiences at other locations in the past. This was not the case. Beginning with my server, who insisted on calling me ‘milady’(and I wasn’t wearing my tiara that night), the service was OK, the food heavily salted and not well seasoned(all I could taste was salt), I wasn’t overly impressed with this restaurant. I hope that Carrabba’s isn’t falling into franchise mediocrity and that I was there on a down night.
