Great little place! It’s American food not German. Just because they have brats doesn’t mean its anything close to german food. Still I really enjoyed the burger and mac and cheese. Lots of local beer in their selection at grocery store prices(it’s operated by whole foods) for the amount of food you get, quality and the price I will definitely be stopping in the Tunnel Tap Haus more often!

The food was good. The woman that took my order from behind the counter seemed to have other places she would rather be. When I asked her if the Buffalo Chicken sandwich was good she replied«everything is good. Is that what you want?» Needless to say, it was good, her attitude was poor.

Since Whole Foods opened up a few months ago the Taphaus has been our place to go for quick, tasty German food. Beer not bad either.

Located upstairs at Whole Foods. I’ve been here several times for the brats. Excellent. Today’s special. …roast pork tacos. Super delicious. Coupled with a mocha stout. Great lunch. And relatively inexpensive.

Really cool little German eatery/café upstairs in Whole Foods. I’m assuming it is owned and operated by Whole Foods and not independently run/owned. Take the store entrance to the right and go up the elevator or stairs. Plenty of long tables, an open kitchen, large beer cooler, several taps and floor to ceiling windows. Small menu with German items and a daily special. Great place to have a cheap beer and a quick meal!

This little beer garden-esk and eatery located on the top of whole foods on Tunnel Road is a great addition to this new grocery store. The kitchen is small and the beer cooler a decent size the overall seating space is open area and bright In addition This establishment has a significantly large outdoor patio area that once the weather gets warm in the mountains will be a very popular and great place to hang out and have a beer and some food. Going to come to experiencing culinary and bring nuances of Nashville this wouldn’t be the first place that comes to mind but it definitely needs to be top on your list to check out!
