Scott and Gina have always been great; they respond immediately when something needs attention, send professional service folks, and are always very nice to deal with.
But they beat all records when our oven died on Christmas Eve and they had it professionally repaired before the end of the day.
I highly recommend Allenorth Properties.

AlleNorth is phenomenal. We dealt with two other property management companies and one individual property manager in Ashland (which were all complete nightmares) before we ended up renting through AlleNorth.
They are kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The application and move in process was smooth, easy and quick. And any time there has been an issue with our rental property it is fixed immediately and properly.
As long as we live in Ashland, AlleNorth will be the only property management company we use. Highly recommended!

As owners of a vacation/​rental property in Ashland since 1995, we’ve been through multiple property managers, some of which were flat out incompetent, and others that were less than ethical; some were both. Then we found Allenorth in 2009, and our beautiful property was FINALLY in good hands!
Extremely competent, 100% ethical, we now sleep a lot better knowing Gina and Scott are watching over our investment (and future residence when we retire). If you’ve had as much trouble as we have had and are fed up with B– and C-​level property managers, step up to the A-​Level and call Allenorth.

I needed assistance with placement services for my property in Ashland. Not knowing who go to, I started surfing the net and found AlleNorth Properties. Gina Allen quickly responded to both voicemail and email. She informed me AlleNorth could market the property, show the home, screen applicants and write the lease. She said optimally it takes about 3 weeks. Guess what?
Three weeks later, our new tenants moved in! If you have a property you need to rent out, I highly recommend the services, professionalism and responsiveness that AlleNorth provided.

We currently live in a rental that AlleNorth manages. Throughout the entire process of working with them – the initial contact, the showing, the lease details, questions about the property, requests for maintenance – they’ve been professional and extraordinarily nice. Our calls are always returned promptly, and any maintenance that we ask to be done is scheduled and completed quickly. Their contractor they use for house calls is also very good. Highly recommended.
