I had been a customer for two years, and had several minor issues. I brought in two unstained dress shirts for cleaning and a press. One of the two shirts was damaged, and a note was placed on it saying this is the best they could do. The damaged shirt was placed behind the other shirt. When I picked up the shirts, they did not tell me the shirt was damaged. I brought the damaged shirt back for an explanation, and the manager blamed me for wearing deodorant. I asked how the deodorant got on the outside of the shirt and was not stained on the inside. I also told him that I found out two hours before I was to bury my grandmother(this was the shirt I was going to wear to her funeral), and he laughed!!!
