I have been going here for a few months now for tanning as far as customer service, they could not be better! Everyone is so nice and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my favorite bed. That being said, I agree completely with the previous reviewer, the face bulbs in Aruba have been out since at least the beginning of May and I too have mentioned it. They have not been replaced. It is very disappointing because it is my favorite bed but without it working properly I don’t feel I am getting what I paid for.

I purchased a tanning package from February through June. The salon didn’t get any new bulbs on any of the beds during this whole time. I asked a few times as bulbs were out and a face lamp was completely out. They said they were on order at the end of February. They never changed them and I don’t think they ordered any. Bulbs remain out from February to today. Bulbs should be replaced regularly ESPECIALLY when they are out. During my time the workers never remembered my name even though I was there every other day for months. I recommend tanning somewhere else that provides better customer service and quality of beds.

Really love Indulgence. Joanne cuts my hair and my 4-yr old daughter’s as well. Clean, friendly, flexible, great haircuts. Can’t ask for much more!

Received the fastest haircut on record at Indulgence. First time I had ever been there for a haircut… immediately the stylist asks me if I want to skip the shampoo — that’s a first. And weird, right? I go along with it because I figure she wouldn’t suggest it if that’s not what she wanted to do, and 10 minutes later, she’s whippin’ of that cape… I’m done! What?!?
The feeling I get is that this salon is not there for the customer, just the «quick» buck.

I’m a redhead and of course since I am, I cannot tan very well. I found out Indulgence did airbrush tanning and I decided to try it. Lizzie did an excellent job and made my tan look completely natural. Since then I’ve gone back and gotten about 5 or 6 more. I would recommend it to anyone with or without fair skin
