Between my April 2011 and October 2012 visits to Ashland, Rogue Books has moved down A Street from its previous historical digs on 4th Street. The new location’s architecture is a bit plain on the outside, but I found the same literary goodness on the inside.

A vast and phenomenal selection of used books. The owner is helpful and kind… it’s a relaxing place to browse on a lazy day.

This small store has an excellent selection. I’ve been trying to cut down on book buying but I walked out of here with 5. Store may be moving in October.

Rogue Books is small, but worth a stop. We were lured in by the open garage door on this old fire station. Drop by Noble Roasting across the street before you walk over and sip your coffee while browsing through stacks of interesting old books or picking up a used copy of a best-​seller.
