The store is having its closing sale with everything half off. The selection is very good. He expects to close at the end of the year.

Another day in Ashland, another Book Store. This Railroad District one is just a few blocks from the Peerless and a somewhat similar Rogue Books. I stopped by both recently during some heavy Spring snow flurries and much appreciated my limited time outdoors and the quality browsing opportunity indoors.
Ambrosia’s books and miscellaneous tchochkes are priced at 50% of the lowest marked cost. At first, that made me feel that I was going to experience a Southwest Turquiose jewelry scheme. But no, the pricing is honest and there are good finds for those who wish to browse within. This place is definitely worth a stop on any Ashland book and bakery tour.
