Had a great experience purchasing my new bikes. My wife and have had our bikes serviced and the staff is great.

This cycle shop is efficient, amazing, affordable and friendly! I highly recommend them!!!

I found the staff to be un-​attentive, distracted and rude.
I had left a bike for diagnosis repair and was in the shop to determine the extent of work to be done on it. When I entered the store both clerks did not look up or say hello. One was helping a client, the other was on the phone. My 8 yr old and I wandered around the store and were finally greeted when the transaction with the other clients was completed. I explained our mission then the phone rang and the clerk who was «helping» us answered the phone and then went to the computer screen. I was at this point feeling next to invisible and simply wanted to find out the status of the bike I had left for diagnosis/​repair. I asked the other clerk to assist me and I got a bunch of excuses such as I was helping someone else, now he is on the phone. I requested they return my bike and I will have it serviced elsewhere. There are other bike shops in Ashland where respecting the customer is standard operating procedure, sadly, that is not the case at Siskiyou Cyclery.

I was looking for a bike, and I went to every store in Ashland. this one is where I ended up buying my bike, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, prices couldn’t be beat, and the friendliness of the staff is unmatched in the area.
