Stop-N-Shop

Paradise for those afflicted with the munchies; single packs of pop tarts, twinkies, ding dongs (for you amateurs); payday bars and raisin bran for the advanced. ;-)
Basic convenience store items (would be nice if they carried organic, but I don’t hold out much hope), plus a huge assortment of glass smoking accouterments, and also ice cream. Friendly staff. It’s nice for those of us who live downtown to have a place to quick-​walk to for that carton of milk or eggs.

This is a Downtown Corner Market that is just a few blocks from OSF. It has all the usual and sometimes pricey convenience store stuff. There’s also a cool bit of Urban Art just outside the door that’s definitely worth a look.

I give this one star because I can not give a zero. This business attracts all of the dregs of our little town. Selling alcohol to visibly intoxicated transients, they allow these folks to loiter all day long on the picnic tables outside the business where they consistently harass passers by for money or just express vulgarity to tourists and locals alike. This business is not a good addition to Ashland. It is a corner to avoid.

Just opened at the corner of Lithia Way and Pioneer. All the usual convenience store stuff.
