I walked in and knew exactly which pair of shoes I wanted to buy. Was reaching for my credit card and asked one simple question and the sales person (who claimed to be the owner) was sooo incredibly rude there was absolutely no way I could spend my money there. I walked right out and will not be returning again after years of shopping here.

Poor customer service. One day after purchasing shoes attempted return (bad shoe for walking around Aspen), store would not accept return, even with receipt! Not even permit exchange. Spend your money elsewhere.
