not the nicest employees on the planet. I’ve been here twice and both times the male employee treated me like an idiot; he was impatient and made a sneer remark when I wasn’t familiar with which form to fill out. on the plus side, getting in and out has been relatively quick; I’ve never waited in a line and while there is no parking lot, I’ve never had any trouble finding street parking right out front.

The Aspen FedEx location is by far one of if not the best when it comes to service. I am not referring to just FedEx either, these guys are best in customer service around. Scott and Katie do a fantastic job no matter what time of day or what you have to ship.

Rude beyond belief. Unwilling to help get packages sent, only concern was getting out of the office exactly at closing time.

I have always received excellent service here– consistently above and beyond helpful. Both Phoebe and Scotty were quite helpful in getting my items out the door, even with very little time before final pick-​up. Parking has never been an issue here, even in peak seasons, as there is usually parking out front, at City Market, or on Durant Ave. just be careful about racing around street corners– the store is on the corner of Spring and Cooper– and it is not a four-​way stop!
