Di Scala is top notch. Their food is always fresh and their sandwiches are great! I’ve had the Panino Italiano about a hundred times and it never disappoints. They also have a great selection of imported meats and cheeses as well as fresh made pasta and sauces. The family is always so nice and friendly, even when my co workers and I come in and order 5+ sandwiches during a busy lunch rush. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant experience.

Olive oils, good rolls, meats, cheeses and other manner of Italian items without the schlep to South Philly. I love the prosciutto stuffed with buffalo mozzarella and the sliced pepperoni. Check out the fridge. You’ll find some good Italian food.

Ordered lunch from here today. I got the chicken cutlet supreme (Medium, 7 inches) for 6.95. A similar sandwich from other places can cost about 8 – 9 dollars. It was delicious. I especially like her broccoli rabe. You can tell it’s super fresh and not OVERLY bitter. My fiancé got the Panini Americano, and he enjoyed his meal as well. While the italian specialty products are a bit pricey, as to be expected, the sandwiches are a great deal.

An Italian Deli with a good assortment of REAL Italian meats and cheeses, plus dried pasta and olive oils.
A few hard to find items, too — and tomato pie and DiBruno Brothers products (a few) to save you a schlep to Philly.
A little taste of Sou-​filly in good old «white bread» Aston.
The lady and young man working there were very nice to my 9 year also — who devoured a ¼ lb of macaroni salad right IN the store.
Kudos to Ellen G. for telling me about this place. It’s in a strip mall which is one of 3 strip malls on 452 and that all look similar. I had driven right by many times and never thought to go in. Big mistake — you gotta try this place.

I love this place! Great meats and cheese, great olive oil selection, and their sandwiches are excellent. Lots of good Italian specialties that are not easy to find.
