First time reserving a trailer from U-​Pack to move across the country. They were nice, courteous, and best of all, more affordable than their competition! They also didn’t include any hidden fees I wasn’t aware of. The bulk head they provided to secure and separate my space looked beat-​up, but sturdy and secure. They were also quite fast in shipping my things to my destination (5 days!), which was under their advertised estimates, but of course YMMV. The best advice for anyone looking to move with these guys, is to make sure you pack and secure your things properly, because there will be some shifting movement along the trip. It was an overall great experience for me and deserving of 5 stars. I’ll definitely try them out again on my next big move!
