This dollar store is always a mess and filled with dust… I get that I’m not entering the Ritz, but I still like to feel like the store is well taken care of, which this one certainly is not. I HIGHLY prefer the one down the block with the red awning, but I don’t see a Unilocal page for them.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Queens, NY
In Queens, virtually every major street /avenue will have several 99 cents stores per every few blocks. This just happens to be the resident 99 cent store in this stretch of Ditmars. Just like all of the other stores, it’s dimly lit, poorly labeled, and full of cheap quality products. The lady that works behind this counter is pretty nice and is usually willing to search for items and do a «product check» which is virtually unheard of in these types of rummage stores. One thing about 99 cent stores that are great is their reasonable selection of hardware and tools. There are better selections at other dollar stores of course, but it’s just significant here due to the fact it shares the same block with 3 other actual hardware stores. Though they could use a little more variety and probably stay open a little longer, I’m glad this side of Ditmars has a 99 cents store it can call its own.
