My phone was giving me issues and would not stream my emails for about 2 days. I went through a few customer service reps before I decided I needed to reset phone back to factory settings which as you may know wipes your phone clean. After that I had a world of pain when even my contacts did not register back on the phone and lost alot of contact info. When they say to use the back up and do that Swipe to Swipe thing from another device, that’s impractical because most people don’t have another device to swipe to(I do but that is not the point. That app is useless) So I decided to just walk into one of the stores near me. This one location was the closest one. I walked in and told them about my problem… What a friggin nightmare! I had already spoken to like 3 reps over the phone before going into this store and told them to look up my account as the phone rep left notes about my issues. The one dude after looking at the notes had to confer to the other dude there to understand what the notes meant??? Really? So they kept telling me no, don’t know, can’t help you.(mind you there were 2 guys there and one other customer in the store. And everytime I pass this place, there is never anyone in the store… wonder why-THAT was retorical) After I got frustrated, I ask about the plastic screen protector for my phone and they had it for $ 35. When I asked them to put it on, both repeated that the manager is the one that puts the screens on and she was not there. HOWTHEHELL do you get a job at a phone store and NOT know how to put a screen protector one??? My mind is blown. FYI to all customers. Always have the store put the screen protector on for you when you buy one: 1) They are definitely NOT cheap 2) If you buy them and attempt to put them on at home and F*** up, your out like $ 35 or up. 3) When you get them put on for you in the store and the store F***s it up, they are responsible to try another one until its bubble free. No additional fee for their mistakes. I am literally speachless. I got so annoyed I stored out of the store and walked all the way to the store on 31st street where low and behold they were soooooo much more helpful and tada! Put the $ 35 screen protector on for me. My problems I had with my phone have stemmed so far beyond at this point that I now have the official address to send a complaint letter to the person in charge of this all and this store location will be in that letter.

I, unfortuately, lost my phone and had to go to T-Mobike to have my number transfered to a spare phone I had at home. The guy who was helping me, Sam, was very helpful and patient as I debated getting a new IPhone or just transferring my number to the spare phone I had with me. I had to buy a new SIM card for the phone($ 15) and waited at the store to make sure it worked before I walked out. They were trying to print my receipt for the SIM card but something was wrong with their computers. They couldn’t print and the systems were very slow from what they were telling me. Either way, I’m happy I have a phone to use. The staff was helpful and they were listening to great music. Lol

What a disgrace. I went to this store a week ago to see if they could figure out what was wrong with my phone. They offered to order me a replacement since it was still under warranty and told me I needed to pay $ 50. I offered my credit card and they asked if I had cash. I didn’t(luckily) so I paid by credit card. My phone’s arrival was delayed due to the storm so when I called the main customer service number at T Mobile, they told me I should not have been charged unless I had a loaner given to me(which I did not). I feel they tried to rip me off. I called them right away and they refunded the charge to my card. Not cool. I first walked into this place last year and have been going there ever since. But wow, after this, I won’t be stepping foot in there again!
