T-Mobile

Went in to buy a phone and the service was very slow. Finally the guy decided to help me and simply told me to wait, then he went back and continued to talk to his friends for a while. Lol –_–

I love this Place the employee are always so helpful. I go in there all the time and there super friendly and they always make life much easier when my phone is going crazy.
My favorite person that I always ask for is «Augustine» (He is the BEST) THANK YOU SO MUCH… I am pleased happy and a returning customer.

Staff can be extremely personable and kind, depending on who you get. Look out for restocking fees. It’s better than the one on Ditmars which is a complete rip off. There’s a difference between Tmobile and Tmobile limited (got to be a smart consumer)

I’ll admit that when I first saw this store I thought it was a waste of space. I figured a nice restaurant could prosper in that spot along 31^st, but then I realized there wasn’t a T-​Mobile store in sight anywhere, making this a real necessary transition for the Ditmars area (and T-​Mobile customers).
The place is clean and almost overly spacious to where they have layout issues with making the store look like there is more to do. The employees that I’ve encountered there all seem like they’re too bored to work. There is a nice array of phones offered here and that alone should entice lots of would-​be GSM worthy customers.

A new store that has replaced our beloved thrift/​gift shop. They hired such geeky boys to work at the T-​Mobile in my old neighborhood. I’ll try not to let my disdain for T-​Mobile color this review. But I hate T-​Mobile and only joined so I could hook up the sidekick that was given to me for my graduation but boy am I glad that contract is nearly over because … hello?! worst wireless plan ever! So one star off because I will forever associate T-​Mobile with disappointment
I’ve been to other stores and had less than stellar interactions with the staff there. I do not appreciate being ignored. Here I was instantly greeted. Maybe because I looked like I was running things in my heels and pencil skirt? I don’t know.
My charger had stopped working and I needed a new one. Just for home because I don’t drive so what would I use a car charger for, «In case you end up in a friend’s car one day with a low battery.» The staff member said to me. «Right … that won’t happen.» So he went to the back to look for a charger for me. I was thankful for the effort because I think he knew they only had dual home/​car chargers but he saw that I deserved the effort of double checking. So I was stuck with the dual action for 5 bucks extra and I made my way over to the registers.
The two employees there were discussing technology of which I had no interest in and I waited just a touch longer than I would have liked to be served but that’s what happens when you deal with geeks. I asked if there was something I should do or a certain way I should store my charger to prevent wear and tear and they honestly replied that there was nothing to do to really prevent it. I signed away my moolah and walked out with a new charger. And the geeks went back to their conversation.

I recently needed to pick up a disposable prepaid phone and visited this location which had only been open for about 3 weeks.
As a result the store was fairly sparse and the majority of the employees seemed inattentive. There was one fellow who took notice of me and offered some help. Although I already knew exactly what I was looking for when entering the store, he did do his best to assist and answer any last questions I had prior to purchasing.
The activation process was fairly straightforward and he did run through some basic instructions for use. Being a new store, I can definitely see this store improving rapidly and providing excellent service.
