I’ve been coming here for months and always received great service when buying e-​liquid or shisha. Recently I was in the market for a new vape and Shishir helped me find the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable about the options available and chose one for me based on my vaping habits. I am very picky when it comes to vaporizers and could not imagine buying elsewhere. Thank you so much for the great service!

My boyfriend has a liking to this place, however I had a rather different experience. I went in the store to get a cigar for him since there was virtually no parking and the employees pretty much treated me like I was invisible. He ended up coming in the store because it was taking soo long and he was concerned.
This establishment does not deserve my patrionage. I personally would never return to this store

Just happened to stumble on this 24hr spot when I used to roll my own cigarettes. Long story short, I’ve been coming back here ever since. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection on e juices at fair prices.

Best service & knowledgeable personnel working every time I come in. They know the best e-​juices. Also Shishir & Raheem introduced me to Five Star E-​Juice especially Richie Rich, which is the best e juice in the store.

Best place to go for any hooka, vape, and cigar products and accessories. Shishir is the guy to go to for anything you need. Best place in town!

The friendly knowledgable staff made my trip here convenient and enjoyable! Pricing matches websites. Owner checked both my batteries to make sure they worked for my dry tobacco vape. One didn’t! He could have let me walk out without checking but his honesty saved me from the **no refunds/​no exchange** policy! Check ur merch before you walk out! What a great experience!

Large selection in a small location. I was impressed by the amount of highend and low end smoking products. Cigarettes, cigars, glass products, hookahs (& parts) Vapes and oils.
Service was good but the May not be able to always explain why one product is supirior to the next.
They reminded me of my products warranty and insured I walked out with my receipt of purchase which was commendable.

This place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. I passed by on my way to a friends house & decided to take a look inside for a replacement glass globe for my vape pen. Having broken and replaced quite a few of them, I knew what I was looking for and how much it should have cost.
I asked if I could buy the glass separate (as I’ve done many times in other head shops) and he said yes, but proceeded to take the glass off of a full atmos unit and tried to sell it to me for $ 20. I told him that was double what I’ve ever paid anywhere else, and with that he physically took it out of my hand when it seemed I wasn’t going to shell out the money. He then tried to sell me a complete unit for $ 35 until I saw the same product was marked a different price ($ 20) .
This place is fishy. They seem more interested in price gouging & taking advantage of the uninformed than being honest and helpful. There are many MANY other smoke/​head shops in the area, save yourself the cash & frustration. You’ve been warned.

Good for small things but there vape section is not to be trusted… I bought what I thoughtvwas a protank 3 for over 40 $ there 20 $ online I did not want to wait so I paid it .and when I got home I found out it was fake and the thing leaks all over the place ill never trust this spot again … there is a much better nicer spot like 4 blocks away on Broadway and 37^th st that is much more professional and they gave me the right item at the right price.

This is a great place. I walked in knowing what I wanted and the price I was willing to spend. They matched it beautifully and their prices are comparable to online stores with the added value of having it right when you want it. My Vision Spinner 1300mah battery died and was only looking for a battery for $ 30 max. They found me an e-​cig starter kit for $ 30 and to my surprise the battery was an excellent eGo 2200mah battery. I also picked up a Starbuzz 250g can of White Peach shisha for when I feel like smoking hookah. I will definitely be a return shopper here.

The thing I like most about this place is that they sell Tangier’s and Fumari shisha which are both better then Al Fakher and Starbuzz. There aren’t many places in NY that carry these brands, at least that I’ve been to anyway.
