Best Buzz Hookah

Best Buzz Hookah is the place to be for all your Hookah needs! I found this gem via Unilocal,customer service is hands down to Hussain and his dad Khaleed, well I call him daddy. LOL I came here last Thursday and was assisted by Hussain recommended some good accessories and flavors to match my pan raas for my hookah. I came back again last night and Khaleed assisted me I call him Daddy cause I did not know his name at first. I stayed in their store for like 3 hours and took my time cause I was having so much fun. People from all over east coast literally just come here to get the good stuff from the store. I guy came all the way from NH and one from Boston. I really came to the right spot! Thats so awesome! They have superb customer service. I came here to buy my second hookah and some extra hose. Daddy Kahleed taught me some nifty tips on Hookah 101 since I’m still a novice. He set up his hookah and started smoking and letting me try a mix I have never tried before, he said, so now will you still smoke panraas? The mix was way more smooth than my favorite mix which is panraas and blue mist. They even got me coffee and knefe I was really feeling at home at the store. LOL These guys really knows their products really well and so honest that they would tell you that you really dont need that product. I highly appreciate their warm personality and how they treat their customers no wonder people come here and drive for hours just to get their stocks. Its a real gem in Steinway for all the hookah lovers out there its a must to check out this place. Its highly recommended and I am sure to come back to get my supplies from Best Buzz.

Best Hookah store in all of New York City! Trust me I’ve looked everywhere and no place has ever gotten me more excited than Best Buzz! Hussein is a great guy who recommends and gives his honest opinion on all shisha. If you need any Hookah help, go to him! I asked him to get Titanium Coals in their shop and the next time I visited, they had them! All their prices are standard which is rare to find in NYC, so they’re not ripping you off like bodegas in the city. I will forever go here for all my Hookah goods! THEY EVEN SELL TANGIERS!

this location gives wholesale price to regular customers which is excellent, great customer service and will always advise you on what to buy even if they dont have the item. buth they always gave everything

these guys have it all. every single flavor of hookah I could want. They have tobacco and non tobacco, brand name hookah pipes (also the cheap ones) and everything else smoke related. what made me a customer that frequents the shop often is the customer service. the guy that works there with the baseball cap, usually late afternoons and nights, won’t try to sell you something just for the heck of it but instead talk you out of it if you don’t really need it. very honest and knowledgeable about the products he sells. i would definitely recommend this place over any other spots on Steinway street. cheaper and a bigger variety to choose from.
