Pasta is surprisingly good. I put in the wrong address and they still found my apt. The delivery guy was a little upset at first, but we made a joke out of it.

Pizza was delicious, white wine was exquisite, and the beer was great. Down the block is a street with an amazing view, check it out.

The craft burger was fantastic. I ordered it medium rare, and was deliciously delivered a perfect dish. I chose the lion stout to go along, but would not necessarily recommend the pairing. Apart they are great, together not as much. I very much enjoyed the food and environment of this bar, and would recommend it for a great dinner.

Just moved into the neighborhood and the boyfriend and I were looking for a spot for brunch before we start unpacking. Look no further than Astoria Craft, just a short walk from our new place. Staff is very friendly, atmosphere very chill. I had the eggs benedict and he the make your own omelet. Well, I have to admit my jealousy when the plates arrived because his omelet was ginormous! My eggs were poached perfectly, but the prosciutto did make the dish a bit salty, so consider yourself forewarned. We washed everything down with some Boulder Chocolate Shake stout. Yum. We will definitely be back again — how can I pass up trying breakfast pasta?! All in all, great beer on tap, nice size portions, and definitely a fantastic local spot.

How have I not heard of this place until today!?! Loved it here. Ordered a bunch of vegetarian friendly plates to share with friends. Each dish was delicious. The pretzel was soft and the dpi was not too spicy. The artichoke pizza was perfect. The salad was served just how I like it– chopped and lightly seasoned! The mozzarella sticks looked homemade and the fries were crunchy and yummy. I am already planning a trip back!

Love this place! The first time I came I got the refresher, which is basically some chardonnay and proseco with a splash of pomegranate juice. My friends both got beer, which they enjoyed. We tried the spinach artichoke dip, it was amazing, but they didn’t give us many chips to dip with. I enjoyed my pizza, but the eggplant on it wasn’t fully cooked. The place itself is warm & cozy with a great beer and wine selection. The people are nice and attentive. Can’t wait to go back during the happy hour!

Solid 4 stars. A very welcome addition to the neighborhood. Astoria Craft offers awesome bar food, an extensive beer menu, a laid-back atmosphere, and more than fair prices. Arrived on a Saturday night with four other friends. Honestly, I was a bit surprised that the place was only about half full at 8pm on a weekend. Perhaps the word is still getting around, because given everything about this place, it should be packed. The bar is tucked away on a corner on a quiet block off 21st St. The interior is cozy, but with more than ample seating at the bar or surrounding tables. The wood ceilings coupled with the minimalist lighting features help to give the bar a chill, inviting vibe. This place is a haven for beer lovers. 12 drafts on tap and over 60 bottles. Plenty of options to please the palate. During this visit, they offered several Founders’ brews on tap, and I went with goblets of Breakfast Stout and the Dirty Bastard. Both awesome. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable about the beers, and gave many sound recommendations to our table throughout the night. And no one was sitting there with an empty glass for more than a minute. So high marks there. The Noms. The five of us split the large bacon mac n cheese pizza($ 26) to start, and I got the Craft Burger($ 13) for my entrée. Carbs don’t count on weekends, right? Anyway, the pizza was decent, but didn’t blow me away. Awesome crust and chew, but the flavors of the toppings were a wee bit lacking. Would order pizza again, but next time I’d go with another option. As for the burger, it was ONPOINT. A hearty half-pound patty cooked to a perfect medium(as I requested), along with mozz, prosciutto, and marinara. Not at all your conventional burger toppings, but all the flavors really worked together. The other Unilocalers got it right with this one. As far as first impressions go, this was a damn good one. I’m more than willing to bump my review to that heralded 5th star if this place continues to wow me during my future visits. And there will definitely be many of those. Half price Wing Wednesday is already calling to me.

Wow! A new Astoria joint that isn’t a madhouse. Cute little place with delicious bar food and a unique cocktail list. Oh, and great beers! Don’t miss the burger — perfect amount of salt and char. Warm, friendly staff complete the package. A++

A cozy neighborhood bar! Casual, chill atmosphere. Fun trivia on Tuesday night’s. Decent beer selection(could be better). Super friendly staff. Have had a few dishes(wings, grilled chicken Caesar, meatballs) that were all ok, but mushroom/truffle oil pizza was great! A bit pricey for this type of establishment. Ive asked for recommendations on new bottled beers to try and was pleased each time. A fun hangout spot!

I live right down the street and have seen this newer spot that always has people in it buzzing around and can I say… SUCH a great bar ambiance and really amazing food! l think the set up is really cool as well with a horseshoe bar with table seating available as well. They also have a great selection of beers! I picked up an order to-go. Got the Spinach Artichoke Dip and it is literally the best I think I have ever had. You can taste all the fresh ingredients! I also got the Basil mac and cheese. Heaavenlyyyyyyyy! again– super fresh. I am definitely going to go there often and I recommend to anyone who loves american bar food with a twist of amazing.

I just left Astoria craft I had an excellent experience between the service, quality of the food, selection of beer and wine with reasonable prices this establishment is a winning combination. I had a beer flight consisting of four 5 ounce beers to choose from their draft selection which is about 15 different kinds for $ 12 which you can’t find a better deal in Astoria I also shared a personal Mac and cheese with bacon pie and a dozen wings with my gf the chef must have some culinary training to pull off some of these excellent flavors so if your in the Astoria park area I deffinetly recommend this bar I guarantee you won’t regret it

What a great addition to the neighborhood! They have 12 beers on tap with great variety, and probably around 50 bottles and cans. Many options that I like, and many others that I would like to try, like pumpkin ales etc. for Fall. The menu looks good, mostly elevated bar food but with good variety. We only had a Bavarian pretzel since we weren’t that hungry, and it was quite good. They do offer brunch as well. The music was good, recognizable and varied. There are also wines and crafted cocktails available. They have growlers available so you can take one of their draft beers to go, in 2 different sizes. They have four screens to watch sports. They built the place out nice, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be spending many a night here. Check it out

A craft beer spot in a location where Astoria needed it most. Astoria Craft hosts daily specials each night of the week, including a boozy brunch and wing night Wednesday in addition to their weeknight happy hours. Not sure which beer you want to order? The bartenders are friendly and happy to talk you through their extensive beer selection, allowing you to sample anything you want to try before committing to your order. I came on half priced wing night, and sampled the buffalo and chile lime wings. Unlike some wing night specials where they’re serving up tiny little wings in less than stellar sauce, Astoria Craft doesn’t cut corners, offering large, juicy wings in the best buffalo sauce I’ve had to date. If you’re up for something different and delicious, I recommend giving their chile lime wings a try. They’re done in a dry rub so they’re not drowning in sauce, but still packed with flavor. We also tried the spinach artichoke dip which I was apprehensive about at first, since so many times I’ve ordered this dish at other locations only to be underwhelmed by the soggy, clearly frozen spinach and over salted watery dip. Astoria Craft serves up the exact opposite — a hearty dip with fresh spinach accompanied with crispy Italian toasts. I highly recommend putting Astoria Craft on your list of spots to try, ASAP. You’ll feel welcomed and leave full and satisfied — but still thinking about what delicious menu item you want to try on your next visit!

I have been here twice already, and I’m completely in love with it. The décor is lovely and the atmosphere is very cozy. The food is great, my girlfriends and I had the craft burger with and fries, the artichoke and spinach dip, and the wild mushrooms pizza. The have a good variety of beers and good wine. The service is great, everyone is very sweet and attentive. The owner Todd is very attentive and sweet. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I’m definitely coming back soon!

The place looks really nice, staff is friendly and the food is awesome. I’m definitely coming back. FOOD: I was afraid this place would be just a bar with some appetizers(it just opened three days ago). Fortunately, I was totally wrong! You should definitely come try their food. My wife and I split a Breakfast Sandwich and a Craft Burger and were both surprised with the richness of their flavors. Make sure to try their home fries that come with the Breakfast Sandwich. PLACE: There are multiple TVs showing different sports — soccer(yes!), baseball and football. I wonder if I found a place to watch UFC in the future… The music was pretty good, not too loud and with a good selection including Deep Purple’s «Smoke on the Water». They are also selling some t-shirts I’ll definitely consider buying after a few extra visits. We are already planning to come back next week and try their wings. They look great(meaty) and are 50% off on Wednesdays! Make sure to stop by if you are around Astoria Park.

They literally JUST opened(opening night was last night!) so they have a few kinks to work out, which is to be expected! We went on their second night, and walked on in at 6pm. They have 12 different beers on draft, as well as 4 different wines on tap(white and red sangria, Pinot Grigio, and another wine). The space here is beautifully done with a horseshoe bar in the middle and several 2 – 3 top tables. They have one booth that could accommodate a 4 – 5 top, so it’s definitely not for large groups! Service was eager, and they had a server for the tables as well as a bartender. They were doing a menu tasting when we walked in, so we had a chance to take a look at the food. We ordered: A dozen wings — big meaty wings, we could’ve done with just half since they were really meaty! We did half BBQ and half hot — I preferred the hot. Chicken parm sandwich — I LOVED the bread this came on! And it was different from what we expected(in a great way!). Picture fresh cooked tomatoes, freshly fried chicken fingers, topped with mozzarella and spread with pesto! Mmmm! And served with fries! Individual pizza — they don’t have large pizzas yet, just the individual size. It’s not a thin NY crust, it’s a puffy thicker crust. We really enjoyed it! The dough is made fresh everyday.(Which is fine, but doesn’t 2 – 3 day old pizza dough taste/bake better? Or does that only apply when you make pizza at home a la serious eats?) An awesome addition to the neighborhood! We live around the corner and we’ve been anticipating them opening ever since we saw the awning go up!
