Teeny tiny ridiculously cramped place. So therefore it’s pretty disorganized, but there’s a lot of stuff. The woman behind the counter is nice, outgoing and pretty helpful. She helps you get to stuff as much as possible(some of the stuff is out of reach) and she was very kind when I knocked over a bunch of stuff on my way out.

This place looks like a hoarders hidy-hole and I love it. There are racks of things for you to dig through as well as a walls of waiting to be found treasures. I love digging when I shop and can’t wait to go in places like this and dig until I find a winner. If you are into this you should pay them a visit. note: it is a tad ‘comfy’ in the store and I would not advise anyone with claustrophobia to go in without an appropriate time of mental preparation.

While I always try to avoid this block for safety reasons, the thrift store that stands out there provokes me more and more to go in. This is an extremely tiny store. I felt claustrophobic when I was the only customer in there and someone else walked in. If you’re looking for clothing, do no expect a big selection. There’s probably a semi-full rack of jeans and shirts, that is, hipster shirts and jeans. Mostly collectibles and antiques are sold here, and for those of you who like collecting old stuff. The woman behind the counter was pretty helpful and easy-going. Nice place, but probably not for someone like me who’s into buying clothes mostly.

REALLY really tiny store. Like, hard to turn around tiny. If-there’s-more-than-four-people-in-here-it-becomes-a-fire-hazard tiny. I wouldn’t have minded had the selection of stuff been better but I just wasn’t impressed. Stained and heavily pilled clothes for $ 4+, broken housewares for $ 1 that had only been $ 2 brand new [still had the original prices printed on them], dirty stuffed toys, nothing was clicking for me. It’s possible I don’t enjoy the thrill of the hunt as much as others or I just happened to come on a really crappy day but the digging I did here just didn’t impress at all. There were a lot of books and records outside but I wasn’t in the mood to look so I can’t speak as to whether or not they were decent but since they’re outside there’s no harm in looking if you’re in the area.

It’s a shame this place is so under-appreciated! I hardly ever see anyone else in the store, and I’m afraid it’ll go under soon. It’s tiny and understandably cramped, but the majority is good quality(i.e., they don’t throw just anything on the racks, like Salvation Army a few blocks away) and their prices are AMAZING. I’ve never walked out of here without something nice. I’ve gotten loads of beautiful skirts, sweaters, my current winter jacket for $ 2-$ 8, and just recently I got an amazing bundle of two beautiful kimono — a furisode and yukata — with all their accessories for $ 60 total! You definitely have to be willing to dig, like any decent thrift store. They always have some cool shoes, too, but for some reason they’re always too small or big for me. There’s also a whole wall of random weird knick-nacks, and if you root around, you’ll find some plastic drawers under piles of clothes that house scarves and accessories. Side-note: I can’t say for sure whether they take a CC, but I wouldn’t risk it without cash.
