The entire experience with this business was horrible. Awful customer service. It was hard to get in touch with the business by phone and impossible to get a response by email. I was promised a refund and a month later I have yet to see it.

The flower shop has the worse customer service. They never answer phone calls since the majority of their business is online. They never delivered my order. Yet they claim it has been delivered. they never offered proof of delivery and refuse to refund my money … They are professional thieves .not worth the hassle.
