Ordered 5 dozen different colored roses in 5 different vases for my fiancée for V-​day paid almost $ 500 for them … what she received was maybe 4 dozen mediocre roses in 1 vase, these flowers were suppose to be extra special its 5 years since we met and for 4 out of the 5 i have been on deployment, but that is not the worst part I called to see what went wrong and they said they would ship new ones out yesterday but they never did so I called again this morning and was told my girl refused delivery because she couldn’t carry them, but they never sent them so how could she refuse, of course they blame the driver that they would not let me speak to and call my fiancée a liar.
This company is a bunch of liars and crooks and no respect for people
PLEASE BUYER BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday and what arrived at her home looked nothing like what I purchased. The work was sloppy. The arrangement was half the size as their online photo, and lacked many of the flowers shown in the photo. There were no substitutions, they just omitted much of what I paid to send. I was very disappointed. I would not use them again.

The delivery person was delivering flowers to my neighbor. I let him in the building and he thanked me by stealing a barstool chair, I had out side my door while I was cleaning. THIEVES!
I can not get in touch with ManhattanFlowerCompany that is not in Manhattan but Astoria. They will not pick up their phone or it rings busy.
By the way, the flowers left at her door where almost dead and it was a shabby arrangement.

A friend sent flowers for my birthday the card listed Astoria Flowers. The flowers and arrangement is so beautiful I want to acknowledge the florist. I can’t stop taking pictures of the arrangement. With the pictures I’ll have my birthday cake forever!
