If you’re in the location, it’s great. The guys can speak English, very friendly. They are always willing to help, you just gotta ask for assistance. Cheap rates, I’ve never had to wait for any of the machines/dryers. They are open till 9PM on all days. They also offer change(coins). They have a refrigerator with soda and couple of other things. Took away 1 point from my rating cause the place could be a little more cleaner.

Hmmm. I’ve read the other two reviews. These guys have it out with this place for some reason. They speak English. They take very good care of my clothing. I don’t make it a habit of reviewing places outside of restaurants, but I’ve been coming here a couple years now, and they have always been friendly. And prompt. Usually they ask whether what time the next day I would like to pick up my clothes, and there everything is when I show, folded and hung. Who is coming to a laundromat for dry cleaning? Maybe that’s the problem. They are not set up for dry cleaning. If I wanted, I’d go across the street to the«dry cleaners».

I also switched to broadway 21 Cleaners down the street. Slow, sloppy service. They ruined a bedspread. Their inability to understand English became a problem when they consistently charged wrong amounts for items. Sure, there’s a price list next to the register, but why should that matter. Then they started insisting we put a cash deposit on every order. Really? No one likes doing laundry, so why do they insist on making it more miserable?

I wish this dry cleaner/laundromat were even marginally better, as the location(for me) cannot be beat! I can’t speak for the laundromat other than to observe that the space appears dirty, but the dry cleaning service is dreadful. They miss stains, the turnaround time is glacial, they favor loading up every label with at least half a dozen inexplicable staples that are very difficult to remove, and some of the employees lack the ability to communicate on even a basic level with their English-speaking customers.(My third and final visit I had to correct my phone number, as well as the categories the woman was checking on the receipt, several times before I gave up.) If you want to pay very low prices, especially on Thursdays when they offer 10% off dry cleaning, this might be an acceptable business for you – hence the 2 stars. However, I’ve decided that if I’m going to bother dry cleaning something, I’d rather pay a little more to know my clothes are being taken care of, and have switched my loyalties to the clean, professional, reliable Broadway 21 Cleaners just down the road.
