Such a shame to see so many low reviews! I stop by this Dunkin Donuts every morning during the rush hour of everyone getting to work. I could walk in, and see 15 people in line, and still have my coffee in my hands within 5 – 8 minutes. There are three ladies that work the morning shift that start my day right: Reba A, Quazi S and another women(I couldn’t read her name tag this morning). They see me 5 – 6 people deep into the line and know that I want a medium iced-coffee with skim milk and splenda in a hot cup(during the winter). I get up to the cash register and my drink is ready! I couldn’t think of three more kinder people. Thank you!

A dear friend of mine, her mother was attacked this morning. Not physically assaulted, although the possibility was there. She was emotionally, and mentally assaulted. Victimized in a place that is her HOME. A place that she has known for years. She drinks her morning coffee there daily. She is recognized by the folks behind the counter. Because she’s a practicing Muslim. Someone thought that it was okay to assault, to VICTIMIZE one of YOUR customers. My friend has reached out to you, and has cordially informed you of this matter, requesting that you re-train your employees. I could not agree more. While we certainly aware that many of DD employees are employed by franchises, in Astoria as well as throughout Queens, Dunkin’ Donuts has served as a respected brand for years. Queens is an immensely diverse place. The same faces that you serve are akin to the same faces behind the counter. No one should be made to feel that unsafe. I want to reach out to your franchise owner and ensure that we can all continue to enjoy our daily cup of coffee safely. I am sure your donuts are delicious, but this was APPALLING. No one did anything to help her or comfort her. She had to call her daughter, who was not there for help. And after all that was said and done, no one offered a kind word to her. No one. And in current times, I would hope a company as prestigious and reputable as yours, would take the steps to ensure that their company will uphold the best standards. If America truly«runs on Dunkin’,» what kind of America do you wish to patronize?

The coffee and donuts are fair to good. The service is mostly ok. On rare occasions there’s a line but even so, it usually doesn’t last long. The main drawback if you want to sit and have a cup of coffee is that all too often, the place resembles a homeless shelter. Alcoholics, some mentally ill people can be there for hours. Some drunks sleeping on the floor. There is almost never any effort to get them to leave. Not a pleasant place to just have a coffee. Best I can say is go at your own risk,

They let a homeless man sleep on the floor by the door. I don’t think I need to say anything more.

Clean and fast service. Sometimes they don’t fill the cups all the way so make sure you check. They don’t always understand quick orders

There needs to be a better way to communicate. Half of the staff can’t even speak English right nor get a simple soft serve ice cream correct! I guess this wasn’t a great idea going for an ice cream run at 3:30am.

I don’t think I’ve ever come to this Dunkin and not had a problem. Every single time something in my order is wrong. Butter when it should’ve been cream cheese, no milk in my tea, the list goes on. It’s super frustrating considering Dunkin seems to have a great system of repeating everything back to you to make sure they got it right. Check everything twice, cuz you really never know what you’re gonna get!

Sometimes this location if full sometimes empty. Their donuts are always pale. They need to to be more consistent with their donut freshness. About their coffee I still say better than Starbucks

Fresh American coffee and delicious donuts. That’s all I need from DD. Not the same quality like Starbucks’ coffee, but it’s less expensive. It’s usually busy and crowded, but the staff knows how to deal with waiting lines. They are really quick!

This place is absolutely atrocious. The donuts are old and stale. The staff is so rude it has secured the fact I will never go here again.

Good crew, always busy here. Just make sure you enunciate TWICE what you want lol! If you want mocha add cream, PLEASE say mocha add cream twice lol-otherwise, the results are kind of hysterical. Milk add cream? Ok, sure no problem. Staff is friendliest group of Indians this side of awesome, Luna is a sweetheart as is most of the day staff. Bang for your buck, close to the train, lots of regular characters there, brace for their antics lol!

Not my favorite DD, but it’s the closest to my apartment and I think they’re open 24 hours. I go just about every day, if not multiple times, and they’re friendly enough. I guess my only two complaints would be: 1) Don’t bother trying to order a sundae or anything more than a basic scoop of ice cream. You will stand there for almost 10 minutes while the staff giggles behind the counter cause they have NO idea how to make anything, and then you have to wait while they look through the instruction manual(the ingredients are on the menu board, seriously, just follow that) and then hunt down said ingredients and then try to find a cover and then… just don’t bother. 2) Yes, I’m aware the caramel syrup is already sweet. Yes, I still want two sweet&low. No, not splenda. Thank you. also, for some reason this place seems to be the black hole of AT&T service… doesn’t really effect me as I’m always just in and out, but odd none the less.

Check out the pic they have of their new egg white sandwich… ummmm no. If i wanted to, four bites and that would have been a five minute breakfast for me. The flat bread was all of four inches across(looks like Thomas’ sandwich rounds) and a ¼ of an inch thick! The egg white was just that and egg white whipped into a tizzy so it would puff up nice and thick. Are they looking out for those high cholesterol-needing to be on a diet people? Theres so little egg that the flat, very flat bread is just using the egg white to look good, ’cause thats all you taste is tough flatbread, oh yeah, lots of seeds. Yikes, not enough bread to make it pleasing to the palate. DD this is a wash, redo the ‘wich and dont make us laugh so hard the next time… ya hear?

Bigger than the one located on Astoria Boulevard. It’s open 24 hours, and the air conditioning during the summer was good enough for me. The old location, which used to be across the street on 30th Avenue was better though.

I go to this DD every day on my way to the subway and they couldn’t be any nicer here, it’s so great. sure, DD’s coffee isn’t as good as Starbucks, but it’s less expensive, less crowded, and they have GIANTCUPS.

You can’t go wrong with some Dunkin Donuts Coffee Coolada :) I’ve been to nicer Dunkin Donuts but I guess there is so little that can be done with such limited space. Theirs plenty of sitting if you just came out of work, or going for a quick lunch or breakfast. I like this spot mostly cause they are 24⁄7 and it’s conveniently located near the 31st Street train and Q18 Bus. So if I have an emergency of the need of some coffee, I know where to go, or even if we are doing a last min Surprise Birthday Party, I can’t go wrong with a yummy ice cream cake… Who doesn’t love that. Well see ya around!

I stopped by each morning on my way to the subway to get my coffee… ordered blacked and the lady filled up the cup to the rim… I burned my hand the first day, but learned my lesson from that day. In addition to coffee, they have donuts and ice cream… what more can you ask for?

It’s a neighborhod Dunkin — and when Iwas in Astoria the people working there were actually very nice(thus the 3 stars). The products(shipped in from a warehouse) not my thing. The coffee seemed fine. DD is not what I run on.
