First off I have been to some bad places. This one takes the cake. Me and my wife went in for an iced coffee. I have no problem with people who don’t speak English but they need to get some people who at least understand it. The 3 girls behind the counter could speak about 5% and understand maybe 10% we had to repeat our order 5 times each. A simple iced coffee which they have on sale. First they tried not giving us the sale with some excuse. I read THERE sign to them. And understanding what the sign went they gave us the price. Of course the orders were wrong and the drinks tasted worse than other locations. The floors and tables were disgusting also.

Nice location right by the train and drinks are as I expect. I wish they had more outlets so I could charge my phone or laptop while I sip on my coffee!

I got off the train at 4:15am and started walking home and even though I I’m always disappointed by the service at this particular location I decided to give it(another) a chance, I asked for a large cappuccino wich was given to me at 4:20, I sat down and started going through my emails and stuff and gave it the first sip wich made me realized it was ridiculously(boiling) hot at 4:35, I let it cool off and try to sip it again at 4:48 and it was still the same so I got up and took it back to the counter and asked for some cold milk in it, I got my cup back and went back to my chair and try to sip it again just to realize it was just as hot and a chunk of ice floating and melting in it, I could’ve just let it go but enough is enough, not only the stupid chunk of ice ruined the flavor of my coffee(I forgot to mention I asked for several extra shots) but the frustration of having these folks acting this way, why are you giving me fucken ice when I clearly said MILK! Do you have to charge for it? Then fucken do it! I never asked for it to be given to me for free, why these folks are so fucken stingy? Like is coming out of their paychecks, I understand is a corporate business but at the same time is for their consumers, make them happy and satisfied, don’t let them walk away disappointed like I always do, fuck dude!

Good luck trying to get ice cream here. Every time I’ve come here they’ve told me «it’s closed. We’re fixing the ice cream». EVERYTIME.

This might be the singular worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Run by a family of non-English speaking cretins, this Dunkin’ does just about as bad a job as you can possibly do for a regulated franchise. Where they can go wrong, they do. The thing with this Dunkin’ is that it’s in one of the dead spots of Astoria. For some reason, Hoyt/Astoria Blvd still lags far behind the other Astoria avenues in development and gentrification. This Dunkin’ is the only 24⁄7 pit stop for commuters in the area, so you’re kind of forced to go here. But what could be a visit every morning for breakfast winds up being a once-a-month visit because of the horrible service. When it’s your turn to order, some guy with a thick Bengali accent points at you and yells, «YES?» You give him your coffee order with very little faith he’ll get all of it, considering he’s already screaming your coffee order to his accomplice before you’ve finished speaking. YOU: Hi, I’ll take a large iced coffee with – HIM: [Screamed Bengali] YOU: –a little bit of milk and toasted almond. HIM: You wan’ milk? YOU: … yes. HIM: [More Bengali] This accomplice, who gets the order wrong every time I’m there, also completes her service by coughing over my food. I was hoping that the 20 second Lex Luthor microwave she put it in would kill any germs. But coughing over my food without covering your mouth? Gee, really glad you’re wearing that hairnet. And the tables are always filthy and/or taken by Astoria’s homeless community.

The weather was so nice and we were in the mood for ice cream, so we walked over to this Baskin Robbins. It’s really one of those hybrid Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins right on the cusp of the exit off the RFK Bridge or below the Astoria Blvd subway stop. My son got the Strawberry Cheesecake in a sugar cone and I got the soft serve vanilla in a waflfle cone for 99 cents. I’m not a big fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream, but it was convenient and fairly priced.

This is a combined Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins location. It’s right off the Triboro — excuse me, RFK — Bridge, along 31st Street, so it’s hardly ever empty, but the donuts always seem a little stale to me. But it’s a 24-hour location, so at least it’s there after late nights on swings(yes, I’m 5 inside). I went there for ice cream a few days ago after I received a coupon from Baskin-Robbins for its Flavor of the Month, Reese’s Buzzer Beater. It told me to «Try the delicious combination of peanut butter and chocolate ice creams packed with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in a layered sundae for even more action,» which I intended to do. This flavor was nowhere to be found, and the counterperson had no idea what it was… and she gave us teensy single scoops that left a lot of space in the single-scoop cup, enough for the ice cream to roll around. The ice cream probably doesn’t turn over here much, because icicles were abound, and the ice cream cake bites were kind of disgusting. However, her manager honored our buy one, get one cone offer anyway, with whatever ice cream we chose instead, so she gets a star all for herself. Nicely done.

normal dunkin donuts. actually went to get a mint chocolate chip ice cream shake. came out too milky. shady people go into this one i guess because of the location. but its clean and they have practically any flavor ice cream you desire.

This DD always seems to be open and is one of the most personable DDs I’ve ever been to. Always quick turnaround and the attached Baskin Robbins is an amazing plus! Located directly under the N subway for a convenient entrance or exit!

In all my time frequenting dunkin donuts, this location is the most efficient and just as friendly as any other. They actually recognize me and say hello which is all that I could ask for or want. It is a busy location but the regular staff that’s been there for as long I’ve been going there, have their thing down. I can recall one time that they got my order wrong but out like 500 at least. That’s about 99.8%, pretty damn good considering the steady line that’s sure to be there. This DD is actually a few cents cheaper than the one on 21st street past broadway. So that’s cool too. It can be an odd scene sometimes as there are a lot of «waiters» around. But you can usually still get a seat. I don’t understand the really bad reviews. Honestly I think those people reviewed the wrong location. I’ve never seen a manager lurking in the corner.

Everyone is hating on this Dunks. I feel as if I must show some love, especially since I’m from New England where DD reigns king. Will admit my order is always simple: small iced tea with just lemon and a glazed coughhoneydipcough donut. Usually friendly and quick. No frills at Dunks so I’m never waiting more than 30 seconds for my drink, unlike Starbucks where I wait about 15 minutes for them to «shake» my iced tea. Oh, and conveniently located right next to the subway.

It’s Dunkin and you know exactly what to expect. Yes you can taste the weird corporate chemicals, BUT I must admit I’m a coffee addict and I keep coming. The prob at this particular location is that the staff is sooo unfriendly. They always seem annoyed and will practically roll their eyes as you’re ordering. Bad coffee & unfriendly service… I think I just convinced myself to stop coming here.

This place is convinient before getting on the N train or M60 to LGA airport. Especially in winter, I may have to wait like 45 minutes to get on M60, so the hot drinks help. With that said, the service is hit and miss, never trust«decaf» there, as they always«get cofused my order». I won’t eat thier donuts or order any hot food as the kichen look really nasty. But hey, this is DD, and I love thier coffee, so I buy from them often…

This store is kinda gross. I figured out that if I got coffee here, I should taste it before I leave the store, because they’d often put sugar in it when I’d asked for«no sugar, just cream». Then one time I was drinking my overly-sweetened coffee and found a sugar packet at the bottom. EWWW! The nail in the coffin for me was when they mixed up my order with someone else’s– and then tried to give it to me after he had already taken it, walked out of the store, walked back in, and opened the sandwich completely. Not Sanitary!
