Worst DD I have ever been to! Workers are very rude. They hide the napkins and don’t give you any with your order unless you ask for it and the they’ll give you 1 napkin regardless of how much stuff you ordered. Prices are never consistent always varying. Very bad service. Stay away

I’m writing this standing in line. I did not used to frequent this location, but the DD near my work is closed for construction. Every single time I’ve been here, they either screw up my order and/or take at least 7 minutes to receive and make my order. They serve one person in line at a time– including food orders. Why is there only one dude working? I wish there were another game in town this early in the AM!

This is the worst DD. every time I come here their so rude, 9x out of 10 they mess up my order. They always over charge me. Every time I leave I ask myself why I come here as I throw out my 3 $ ice coffee. I attempt every so often, because I work right by this one and it’s easier because I can just pull in and the one on Steinway there’s never any parking. But after today this is the LAST coffee I will throw out. This place is officially dead to me!

TERRIBLE. AWFUL. HORRENDOUS. I get it, this is Dunkin not a five star coffee shop. But really? I did not expect to get screamed at by the manager of all people… I went to this Dunkin Donuts the other day around 9:30 pm. craving an iced coffee. I went in and ordered a caramel iced coffee, a drink that I get from Dunkin every single day, the manager rudely responded and said that she didn’t have caramel. First of all, how do you NOT have caramel? Ok, I’ll let that one slide. I asked which other flavors they had and she again replied rudely saying that caramel is NOT a flavor it is a syrup. At that point, I just wanted a drink and wanted to get out of there. I placed a different order and then proceeded to pay using my Dunkin Donuts App. The employee that was helping me at the time couldn’t figure out how to scan my phone so that I could pay with it and the translation wasn’t going through. So I was trying to help her figure it out. It seemed that she had to hit something on the screen but couldn’t understand what to do. The manager saw this but ignored both myself and the employee. I waited for about 10 minutes(the employee poor Rukhsana seemed too afraid to ask the manager for help) and then I said excuse me once and the manager continued counting cups and ignored me. I had to say it three times before she turned around and yelled at me saying, «CANTYOUSEEIMCOUNTING?!?» And then she yelled at Rukhsana. She told her something to the effect of: I don’t understand how you work here, how did you get this job, etc. etc. Clearly, the reason why she didn’t want to ask this woman for help in the first place. Granted, this is a Dunkin Donuts inside of a Mobil Gas Station. But I still cannot believe how awful this place was. I took my coffee(which was absolutely disgusting by the way) and left. Never again. Made a formal complaint to Dunkin Donuts corporate and they responded immediately. They even have me a credit on my gift card/app which was actually really nice. What I do hope is that some action is taken against that(sadly) miserable woman. She should not be in customer service if she can’t even speak to her employees like a normal human being. Absolutely repulsive.

Dunkin Donuts shop located inside a Mobil Station Store. Place is clean and well kept. Service is good. Food is fresh and hot when served. If you buy stuff from the mobil store and the DnD you have to pay at separate registers. Parking can be a pain during rush periods.
