We flew into the Astoria Oregon airport for a funeral. I worked with Brent for the entire rental process, and I’m glad I did. He was responsive and helpful in every way. During troubling times, it’s good to know people like Brent are there to help. This is a marked improvement on service I’ve experienced from Enterprise. Well done.

I’ve rented a few times while my wife was in and out of the hospital and needed a specific car to take her to appointments. Enterprise always had the right car that made the wife happy. I live on the peninsula and Luke was always great about picking me up on time and making sure it was something me and my wife could get in and out of. We’re on a tight retired budget so the office was always great but above everything what I was extremely impressed with was Luke’s ability to be personable and conversational during the long drives. Thank you Enterprise and thank you, driver Luke for your dedication and friendly demeanor. The car was exactly what I needed and saved my back and maybe even my marriage.
