She gives very honest consultations. The keratin treatment that she gave me looks so good!

By far the rudest and worst customer service I have EVER encountered. The owner Mirian is one of the nastiest individuals I have ever came across. She always keeps me waiting. Yelled at me after my appointment was given away to someone else. I have been kept waiting numerous times even with appointments. She only has one good hairdresser there. Otherwise her and the rest of her staff are nothing but mediocre. Mirian truly doesn’t care about you as a customer. To get in to screaming match fight with a customer is clearly unprofessional I guess she doesn’t need the very few customers her starving hair salon has left. Will never go back to this salon ever again. Who needs to pay $ 50 for wash and dry and then be treated poorly. And her coloring skills are short of horrible. If u wanted to be treated as a quality and appreciated customer and have hair professional taken care of do not go to this salon.

It was New Year’s Eve and my regular salon was booked and I decided to come here instead since I live block away. Just came in for quick wash and blow dry and I thought they were very nice and did a good job. Would recommend them for quick wash and blow dry!

My experience at exclusive hair salon is awesome the workers are wonderful very polite the place is very clean I love them I would recommend them to you and friends Elizabeth is very professional in her nails she love what she does Miriam and Glady is my favorite the only people that would do my hair you should try them you wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else five stars people

Walked off the street for a quick wash and blow dry. I like this so much better than all the snobby, «omg, like I’m sooooo astoria», places around. It’s clean and simple. The ladies are from Ecuador and they wash and blow dry your hair like they know you and care about you. Fabulous blow dry. Boy the Latinas really know their stuff when it comes to hair. Too bad the local astoria girl from Texas would be terrified to speak to someone, no don’t say it, who only speaks Spanish. Lmao. I, e, no waiting line for me:-)

Mirian and her team are ROCK STARS!
I first met Mirian 22 years ago when I tried to highlight my own hair and made it a complete disaster. She saved the day! She has been cutting and coloring my hair ever since. I followed her to Queens where she now has her own salon. I have recommended Mirian and her team to many of my friends who all love her and know it’s worth the hike out there from the upper west side because she is fantastic. The prices are also very reasonable. You do not have to pay $ 250 to look great. They take good care of you. You can have your nails done too. So trust me… Mirian’s Exclusive Salon is wonderful — you will leave happy and beautiful…
