I needed a cover put back on my daughter’s watch, I went to a larger jewelry store afew stores down Ira“s and was told it was a big deal and they would not do it. I was walking back to my car and saw a smaller store named Ira’s. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and told them what I needed. They said they will try and took the watch, after a few minutes, they gave it back to me with the cover properly installed. When I asked how much the charge would be, to my surprise, they said it was free. The stores owner said goodbye tome with a smile and said if I ever needed anything small, to please stop by. This customer service will bring me back to this store over and over. I will be looking for a engagement ring soon for my girlfriend, well needless to say I will be going back to this store.

I have had two watches repaired/restored at Ira’s in the last month and he does exceptional work. One watch I had for about 5 years and word daily so it was very beat up. Ira took the time to not only replace the crystal, but also polish and buff out the scratches from the case. His work is also affordable so you wont be disappointed by the price. Ira is also in communication with his clients and calls me to discuss how much things are going to cost as well as timing and options. I highly recommend Ira’s to anyone with repair needs, or who is looking for jewelry and or watches — he has many beautiful and unique watches. And besides being a very large Shepard, the dog seemed pretty docile.

I am not reviewing this based on any service in the store or anything I purchased. I am reviewing this on what many will see as stupid, but I needed to leave a comment somewhere for the owners to see. If you walk past here pretty early in the morning, they have a German Shepard dog in the store. They leave the front door open with a baby gate and then the store’s security gate is down, although not the entire way. This dog seems so protective and vicious. If I forget he/she may be there the dog scares the c*@$! out of me. The dog can almost stick his snout out of the bottom of the security gate. I now walk on the other side of the street in the morning to avoid the dog, then cross over to the side I want to be on later. My question is, do you think the baby gate is supposed to stop the dog? He flies through the baby gate at like 50MPH. I am glad there is a security gate, but I don’t like the fact he can still almost bite me or my dog through the bottom.
