The owner contacted me and told me the employee I referred to is facing termination. Since the owner contacted me fairly quickly and took action against the vile individual he had working for him, I will consider visiting the store again.

I use this store quite often and have not been disappointed with the service. I have met the owner and he is very accommodating and helpful with product and suggestions on how to fix problems seems knowledgeable and always saves me time and money with suggestions on material and technique.
