They did an amazing job at fixing my phone. I took my phone to other places where they would not fix it but here they did fix it. They did an amazing job and saved me phone (badly broken). I experienced a technical issue and brought my phone back and they fixed it at no cost. Highly recommend :) P. S. It’s really affordable and staff if friendly and helpful.

Had my Ipad screen fixed about a month ago and was told I had to leave it overnight. I picked it up 3 days later and noticed the screen was lifted completely on one side. If I would of taken it like that the screen would have cracked as soon as I left. Good thing I noticed while at the store. The repair tech came out and said he needed to adjust and took it in the back he came back out and said I was good to go. I asked if I had to leave it because I was told the first time it took at least 24 hours to dry. He said no and sent me on my way. I had not used the Ipad since… fast forward about 3 – 4 weeks went to place it to charge and the corner that my fingers grabbed the Ipad from cracked by me just lifting it. The screen they used is either terrible quality or it was not put in right and is very fragile. My husband tried to go back so they could resolve and they said it is not under any warranty so obviously they don’t guarantee their work. They would fix it again but I would have to pay full value… Horrible customer service and even worse quality of their craft. Unfortunately for them we have recommended several people in the past and will NEVER recommend anyone else.

This place is a Godsend. They repaired my phone on the same day and had it working better than ever.

AMAZING! I dropped off my super broken Computer on Tuesday, and they not only ordered and replaced the parts, but they also cleaned out my computer and put Antivirus software on it at a very low rate! The woman who worked on my machine was incredibly knowledgeable and called me throughout the day that I was supposed to pick it up to make sure that she was doing everything I wanted. I am so lucky to have them right around the corner!

Saw this place on my way to anther spot further up Steinway, but opted to just go there since i found a parking spot open up, (Steinway traffic sucks Btwy) My iphone 5c looked like i hacked into the matrix with the glass piece missing. I was worried i would never see her back to the way she was. I walked in, the woman took my phone and told me the price, i went out to get lunch, came back and voila my phone is back to normal. Apple Genius can suck it with their rediculous price for out of warranty phones. I also bought an otter box so i dont ever put my phone through this again. Everything was priced reasonable. Thanks again. Will bring my Lenovo tablet on my mext day off and see if they can change my cracked screen.

I normally don’t write Unilocal reviews BUT I had to for CPR; they were able to replace the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 without any issues the price of $ 169 (does not include tax) and I was quoted $ 220 by a dealer up the street. I’m glad I walked into CPR both Terry and his tech were very helpful and friendly.

So I came in for my cracked cell phone screen and I was told it would be an hour wait. There were a couple people ahead of me so I told them I would come back. When I came back 40 min later, my phone was ready. This is a really efficient and friendly crew.

They work fast, give u prices up front, and fix your stuff like new. They guarantee their work (warranty & insurance), and the staff is honest and the prices are fair. I can’t come up with anything to complain about.

To be honest I haze been here 3 times and all the time they have given me excellent customer service and they repaired my screens in lees than 20 minutes I have been served with a great customer service I would suggest you should try it there prices are really cheap also there phones are great to

My screen was fine, you guys were trying to sell me a new one and I refused, it was fine and all I need is the button to be put to place and stop moving. You claiming that I left for an hour and that’s a lie, I had to talk to my friend out side in the car and see if she agrees about the price. I came right back inside and handle the device to you and you had time to take all my information down and print out the receipt for me and also look at it one more time. Was only one client waiting. Bottom line you guys broke the screen and even the cops knew that you guys are no good but they can’t do nothing about it. I’m taking you to court to teach you a lesson and learn more about customer service, my screen is fixed in another place that’s cheaper and they know what they doing. CPR is not going to last long.
