I’ve been going to them for years with my boxes, for my small business, and they do a great job. I’ve never had any problems.

These guys do a good job packing up an item that you bring in for safe transit, and it’s convenient to not have to worry about finding your own box, bubble wrap, tape, etc. when you need to occasionally ship something.
However, they clearly ripped me off. They used a larger box than necessary (charging more for the larger box itself and then also for the shipping, due to the bloated package). Then, they printed the shipping label before weighing the package! The estimated weight was definitely a few pounds too much, increasing the shipping cost again.
As if this weren’t enough, a quote on UPS’s website made it clear that even including the larger box size and the «finger on the scale» weight, the price they charged for shipping was STILL too much. Pretty ridiculous.
