Friendly staff, clean office, and in spite of the reviews, we’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. My 18-​month old son has been a patient for over a year now. I have no complaints!

So, this one star review is because i waited 3 hours at this office today with a very restless infant. 3 HOURS!!! please get it together here. I LOVE the doctors here as well as the nurse who gives the immunizations. I wouldn’t want to take my daughter away from these fantastic doctors BUT for the receptionist with the glasses. I will be making a complaint to the doctors tomorrow for her nasty ass FUCKIN attitude. She talks to you like you’re a moron. If your a Medicaid patients forget it she downright talks down to you like you’re below her and I think its HIGHLY disrespectful. Please hire a friendlier front desk receptionist or put Nancy in the front at least she has a pleasant personality and a pretty face to look at when you walk into the office. Let’s not make the kids visit THAT traumatic.

The wait here is interminable. Always. Factor in that i’m typically here with a sick child, and it makes for unpleasant experience time and again. Don’t get me started on the language barrier with the staff.

Finally a doctor that doesn’t rush me and my twins just love! Thankfully my appointments are on time always and they are helpful being I have twins and are alone most if the time!

Best doc is here. dr Gupta he is so good. i highly recommend this doc for every mom n dad who love their kids.

Oh also forgot to mention there are 2 tv screens in the waiting room. 1 playing kids shows & 1 playing something for the adults. Some people may like this as it helps pass the time, but I caught my 9 month old watching the adult tv many times & it was turned to the news. I prefer not to expose my child to tv at all & especially not the news so I found this to be disheartening.

Two times in the last month or so my daughter was very sick and urgently needed medical care for a very bad cold. Both those times I called my regular pediatrician and she was not available!!! My husband found this pediatric group on his insurance website and off we went. It was great. Friendly staff, great doctor (Dr. Gupta), extremely short wait time. Big ups to them both times for accomodating my poor sick chick on very short notice!
